We arrived very late and had to call the owner. We got the code for the key box. Everything OK. House clean and attractive, rooms large and clean. There were two of us, so we each occupied one floor, so we didn't have to share the bathroom. I got the upper one. Keyword bathroom: very clean, especially the shower cubicle looks big. Decent pressure, water immediately at temperature.Shared kitchen is well equipped, everything is there.Unfortunately we had to leave the villa after three days because our company didn't book correctly. All in all highly recommended!

1. Unimaginative rooms, there are no pictures and everything is cool.2. If 2 people arrive, the other two bedrooms will be locked, complete nonsense, because there are also people who want to sleep separately.3. 2 additional non-definable rooms are also locked on the first floor next to bedroom #3.4. There is no grill on the terrace5. Bathrooms were good and friendly, the wooden stairs upstairs were the most stylish thing in the house.6. Location next to police headquarters and good access to gas stations and shops.

First time and never again! So let's start on a positive note, a beautiful city villa and the location is very quiet and is in a cul-de-sac. Lots of features as well as the radio in the top bathroom as well as the cool rooms and covered patio. So now we come to the negative and disappointing things... such a strange and questionable contact person who didn't understand normal questions or concerns all at once. As well as the iron, which was “kindly” brought to us afterwards. What wasn't already available. In the kitchen, the dishes were simply put together, as were the glasses and cups. Luckily there weren't many of us there, but if there were several I would like to know what to do. It was also strange that there was no microwave. In the living room there was only a small couch for maybe 2-3 slim people and no coffee table or anything else, just the couch and a television. And as far as we know, you should always be available during such stays, no matter what the situation. We were then told “Sorry, we are not a 24-hour reception”. !!!So that was a very special experience we had there…. Sad..

I recently visited the Stadtvilla Lingen with my family. We spent our weekend here and were super satisfied with our stay here. There is a free parking lot, which we also used. We were welcomed very nicely. The room was clean and very fairly priced. The location is also excellent as there are good shopping opportunities and good restaurants nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, so we can only recommend the Stadtvilla Lingen.
