Small room, but adequately supplied and professionally staffedLiked · Modern room, comfortable bed, nice sheets, great shower pressure, convenient power panel for lights/shade. Great staff in lobby and cafe. Bottled water for room always available. Wine & cheese night in cafe was wonderful and tasty. Apples and fresh fruit water nice in lobby. Best location. Very quiet room. Easy check-in & check-out. I would stay again and bring my own face towels.Disliked · No art in room, no face towels (big problem for me), only hand and body towels. Only one bar of soap to start. Not enough hangers. Need more hooks. Minimal shelving in room. Overall room storage was poor. Definitely need more shelving in shower. No bed reading light, only harsh overhead lighting. No ventilation in bathroom, causing lingering mildew smell. Need better furniture in lobby. Need benches on each floor at elevator. Loud worker conversations in hall outside of room daily, but never heard other guests. No way to ring from desk from room. Bloody Halloween decorations disturbing to children. No room safe and no security at entrance, nor elevator.

All about the Location. Great for Soho and surrounding areas. If you just need a bed for the night it’s perfect. Rare to find anything less than £100 in London. The rooms very compact and you need to be quite friendly with regards to using the toilet facilities lol. But the beds comfortable and it’s clean and the staff are very friendly. I’d definitely go back. Plus nice to have check out at 11am. Also, highly recommend a restaurant near by called the flat iron. Very very good food and not overpriced.

This is my new go to hotel for a solo stay over in London - great location - a five minute walk from the Dean St exit of Tottenham Court Road Elizabeth Line and close to Regent St & the shops.  …

This hotel is located in a quieter area of Soho and is quite accessible to restaurants, pubs, and transit. We were booked into an accessible room which had a lot of space for two people and was clean. The sliding door and glass wall of the bathroom was frosted which didn't provide much privacy. There's only one small elevator which made for a wait during peak times.

Super well located! Clean, quiet, great staff, great breakfast. Room was small but fine for two. The only thing is the bathroom in the room, only separated by glass, missing a little privacy. Other than that, all good!

The hotel seems to be new, exactly like in the photos. Hot shower, quiet room despite of the busy area with lots of pubs and parties. One of the staff person (Facundo) was very helpful, friendly and always worried about the services provided. He definitely made our stay even more pleasant!

It's interesting that the rest of the room is high tech and high end but the air con is ancient. Considering it is a room with a window that doesn't open, air ventilation is vital and the air con should be decent at the very least. It was terrible. It made a horrible sound, like it was broken, it was falling apart and the wires were sticking out of it and it smelt disgusting. After having it on for about half an hour, loads of dust and dirt had fallen from it onto the floor. It was gross. When we complained to staff about this, they said there is nothing they can do and they didn't even bother to come and take a look at it. Terrible service. The location is the only good thing about this place, but not really because you can stay at a travelodge or Premier Inn in the same location and have a better stay. I do not recommend this place at all. If you care about your health and cleanliness then avoid.

Stayed here with work. The location is convenient for Soho and W1. Walking distance to many parts of central London. Quiet street and slept well. Decent view from window. Room small. Was fine as a solo traveller for somewhere just to sleep close to the office, but would not stay here for leisure unless a really good deal or a real need to stay centrally.

The hotel is conveniently located close to public transportation, including buses and the metro. It's also situated near a main avenue, making it easy to access the city's attractions. The rooms are compact, featuring just the essentials: a toilet, sink, shower, bed, and a small desk. As a member, you can enjoy a daily cheese and wine table, along with complimentary coffee options such as cappuccino and flat white. In the "restaurant," you'll meet a gentleman named Facundo, who is exceptionally friendly and known for making a great pizza.
