The apartment is a complete disappointment. Despite a recent coat of paint, it’s clear that little effort has been made to ensure it’s actually suitable for guests. The space is meant for five people, yet it lacks even the basics needed for a comfortable stay. There are no baking trays that fit the oven, not enough crockery, glasses (wine, beer, tall, and tumbler), and zero essentials like kitchen roll, foil, or cling film. Bedrooms are severely under-equipped with no full-length mirrors near sockets, no wardrobes or rails, and not even a single suitcase stand. Coat hangers and hooks are non-existent.To top it off, the shower is barely a trickle, making it virtually unusable. And cleanliness? Clearly not a priority, as there were remnants left from previous guests. I genuinely believe the only people who would be grateful for this place are those fleeing far worse conditions. The fact they’re charging people to stay here is laughable and completely unjustified. Avoid at all costs.

Let’s be real for £30 a night you’re not gonna get the Ritz but it’s not a nicest of places- we did notice how staff were practically non existent most of the time but we did have a nice man who sorted our booking out after us booking the wrong dates. They definitely need security as we had an extremely loud group of people down our hallway who were literally shouting and singing loud and it was awful.Room is very basic but has everything you’d need for a night and for £30 it ain’t bad and smells nice- could definitely do with some TLC and better cleaners too.Location is great but serious work needs to go into the hotel and staff need to be present as it feels a little bit like you’re just left to deal with things alone.

Always use this hotel when in skegness . Very Cheap hotel . Rooms are very basic . And can be some noise at night Coming from other guests . My room is always clean . Shower worked as it should . Just very out dated hotel . But that's reflected in the price . Manager is very helpful and polite . Probably not good for family's with kids As steep stairs .But Perfect for party goers. Who just want a place to crash . At a very good price . Cheep and Cheerful. Does the job . Right on seafront as well . Everything close by . And free private car park 50 yards away .

On arrival stood 45 minutes figuring out how to enter the building due to the door having a code on the door you have to enter which may I add that i had to ring them to send it me. The lady on the phone came across very disrespectful wasn’t no help at all. Soon as I and my partner came in there’s no reception or staff to be seen, the whole hotel smells off urine and sweat. The stairs are steep and awful to carry suitcases up without hurting yourself. Your bedroom doors you have another code you have to enter another pin to get into the room. Overall the service of this place was shocking. Anyone can get in the building when you go out cause the door doesn’t lock. They are also not disabled accessible. which again as I’ve said below the hotel isn’t suitable for people who’s in wheel chairs, or someone who’s got prams for children. Wouldn’t trust leaving scooters, bikes, pushchairs down stairs as you’d leave the property the door doesn’t lock.Location on the other hand it’s close to the beach, seal sanctuary, food places etc. Disabled parking across the road.Room- The door lock was damaged looked like a 3 year old put it on the door. There was a little hanger/rail to put ya clothes on but not much room. The beds was very clean and comfortable. The shelf on the wall where the kettle is was slanted, not clean cause it was awfully sticky where sugar was spilt from previous people. The curtains in places was off the hooks, had stains on. One of the small windows looked like someone tried to get the suicide lock off, it also didn’t shut properly. The door seal was also awful cause the draft coming through was awful 😞 to point the room was cold. There was the odd people screaming and shouting outside at silly time in the morning. The bathroom was rather small. The shower wasn’t powerful at all honestly took me forever to wash my thick hair, was marks all on the walls on the shower. The seal round the shower looks like it’s just been put on left. One of the floor boards also in the bathroom felt like it was gonna completely collapse, it’s already dropped. No slip mats for the floor to get out the shower to point I slipt. The shower pressure was awful. No toilet roll holder, there was blue marks on the wall. The deck with netting was clean, lovely view from the room doors.Overall I wouldn’t stay here unless we couldn’t get anywhere else. Was lovely to have a break but you just don’t get moneys worth from the hotel.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life and I’ve stayed in a few dives. You get pink eye and a free high the minute you walk in the doors. …

Cheap & cheerful, without the cheerful.Note there is no staff on site. You are given email with instructions (which I myself, didn't reiceve so had to call number pinned to door). Was in a twin room, no bathroom door but a bit of cardboard that pulled across and didn't close and would blow open.Only one very used pillow per person, no spares or blankets for colder weather. Paint marks over tv, walls etc, a kettle that you couldn't fill due to size against the tap and beds that have springs poking you every direction.Very noisy building and just would not recommend if you want any comfort, cleanliness or sleep. It may be cheap, but there's a reason for it. The only plus is it's well located. But there are others in the area too.Would not return.

This hotel is awful. We booked and stayed with friends, both rooms were filthy! The mattress had blood stains and black ‘bits’ all over it, the quilt had a brown stain. …

Absolutely disgusting a halfway house cost a lot of money for 2 nights in a supreme room (Red Letter Voucher 150.00 plus 3 for a sea view) I would have loved to see what a basic was.Room was tiny small bathroom balcony unable to use due to pigeon poo and nettingDoor looked like it had been forced open we had to get a wedge to wedge it whilst we were asleep. What sleep we had banging shouting all night someone fell down the stairs at 3 am one night.Went to hide my jewellery under mattress and found a used vibrator.Only good thing was the bed was comfortable and sheets were clean
