When I need to live for sudden situations, I select this hotel and live there 4 month. Generally speaking the hotel workers are kind and when asked they help you. I didn’t see and security problems. The rooms are avarage but consider the price its good to live in a one bed room with a bathroom. Overall I like my 4 month time here.

Needs to be shut down - daylight robbery.||Please don’t waste your money, pay a little extra and go somewhere decent. I was a little apprehensive when reading all the comments and thought it couldn’t be that bad… famous last words. …

The beds were good but a little filthy, some of the beds are a little hard but the good thing is that it is close to London eye and other areas. Also that the bathroom is dusty and gross, the kettle is VERY DIRTY AND DISGUSTING, the place is very dusty I wouldn’t recommend here. The tv is very old.

First off, I want to say that this place is very cheap - but that’s it.We were a group of 4 and I already prepaid the room for the night. As soon as we talked to someone on the front desk, they tell you that a £50 deposit is needed and we will get it back via lock box when we check out. (Gave us a card with phone numbers)Going into the room, was so disgustingly dirty, everything was stained - from the bedsheets, walls, floor and bathroom.Hot water worked but barely. Bed itself was like a single sheet on top of springs. Can’t even call it a mattress. The pillow had only 1/4 of actual filling inside it. Was uncomfortable to sleep and felt very unsafe throughout the entire stay.Going to check out very early morning and there was no one in the front desk, called the numbers on the card provided using 4 different mobiles. It wasn’t even connected to a line and the call just cancelled out. So our £50 got stolen by them :/I understand if you’re in a pinch and want to get a room at this place just for 1 night, but we were too - and honestly I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone, no matter what struggle your in - find somewhere else.If I could give negative stars I would. Idk how this place is even operating and how it meets health guidelines.

I would say going by the quality of the rooms this is more of low low budget hotel. The price you will pay is base only on the location rather than the quality of the rooms on offer. I would say that the owner would benefit of refurbished the all place to be honest. Loads of chip and old furniture falling apart, the cleaning is not top, I would say just basic depending on your standards. For me is pretty low. The bed wasn't the worse to be honest.

The location for Hyde Park was excellent. I was able to check in at 23:00, which was handy. This is why I didn't quite give it a one. …

Overall I liked my stay here, the rooms were actually really cool and the mattresses were comfy. But I must admit that some things were missing in the kitchen (not enough cups, knives etc) and also the toilet flush in our bathroom was a bit weak. Overall those things didn't bother me too much, I had a good time, thanks to the great location, close to Baker Street and Hyede Park.

Stayed at this venue after getting stuck in London due to a recent train strike. Chose it primarily for it's low cost and central location as I didn't want to waste money, given that I wasn't planning on a hotel stay. …

Is this hotel trying to be the worst in London? Read the reviews and listen to them. This place is filthy,Dated, no regards for sanitation. Dirty bathroom with stains every where. Stained sheets that smelt like garbage and sweat. No change of bin. Worn mattress. Incredibly rude staff. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR . Run, RUN as fast as you can and don’t look back. Let’s not forget the stupid deposit ,For what I’m not sureBecause everything from wall to ceiling is Shockingly dirty. And don’t forget if you do decide to stay and not like your filthy room.Reception will happily yell at you to say that if you don’t like it. Drop the key in the boxAnd leave. Maybe that’s how they make money. OhAnd if anyone from Westminster council read this or work for EHO please pay them a visit.

Do not go to this dirty hole!!!! You certainly can’t call it a hotel. It’s a filthy dirty hole. We didn’t even check in asked to see the rooms after arriving and told to leave our bags in the breakfast room. …
