The bedroom amazed me with the price I've spent (£107) for 1 night (double bedroom) The bed was queen/king size with the mattress having a firm texture. There were extra pillows provided in the room as well. …

In all honesty, it depends what you're staying at this hotel for. In the nicest way, it is very antique. The bathroom isn't the nicest. They give you facilities for you to have a hot drink. …

Great location for access in to London. The dlr is at most a one minute walk from the hotel there is an asda opposite and a 16 minute walk to Gallions Reach retail park.We have been using this Premier Inn for over 7 years now and the staff are and always have been great! We always choose to stay here when in London if we can. The pub that's attached to Premier Inn has nice food, I recommend booking if your going to eat there too.

Have been staying at this hotel for business purposes for a while, and the location is very convenient to transport links across London. The rooms are spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Many thanks to Alexandra for making people feel welcomed coupled with her excellent customer service. Nothing is too much trouble.

Marked down service because meal experience not Premier Inn staff. Restaurant was chaotic for evening meal but food was okay. Breakfast was poor, hot food had been standing too long so had dried out. Not sure how this was managed given we were in breakfast only 10 minutes after it opened.

A typical Premier Inn. It is close to Beckton DLR and the Beckton bus station. A small shopping mall is also across the road. Very small rooms and slow free Internet to push their paid premium WiFi (£5 a day). Room and bathroom were clean. In the Premier Inn you have to request a service of your room. Since I was only staying a couple of days, I never requested a cleaning of my room. Premier Inn also doesn't offer toilet paper but has very thin tissues in the bathroom where your fingers will go straight through when cleaning your bottom, so I bought real toilet paper at the ASDA across the road. Another thing is that there windows (I was in am adjacent building in room 705) don't open. Although they have an airflow or airconditioning system, this leaves an unpleasant smell in the rooms after sleeping, because rooms can not be aired properly. And finally, putting up one or two shelves in the rooms would be nice, so guests don't have to live out of their bag. There is hanging space only. But overall, for £85 a night not bad. But do avoid the restaurant at the other side of the parking. They have hardly any staff behind the bar resulting in waiting 20 to 25 minutes for service, the food is not properly heated and is extremely expensive for what is on offer. Your are better off at the McDonald's across the road.

The staff where friendly and amazing towards myself and my family. When my son fell they all kept asking if he was OK came to check on us more then once. The food was amazing. Considering we was out most days the kids would get their fill in the morning. The beds was comfortable and the rooms was clean. Definitely will be visiting again :)
