Staff were very polite and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable to such an extent we slept for over seven hours. We enjoyed the view of the river from our room. Our sandwich at lunch time was good, dinner and breakfast were also good Again staff were attentive without being intrusive.

Need to level out the ground at the front where you park, I could see it was wet, but the water went right over my ankle boot when I got out of the car! It wasn't the best start to a first date. Unfortunately, the chap I met absolutely loved himself, so all in all I wish I'd not left home.... 🤣
