The location and the staff here is what made our stay so great. The breakfast team in particular were so friendly and welcoming. While I appreciate a good theme, the decor of this hotel definitely interfered with its functionality in some places. The hallways are incredibly dark. I can imagine someone with compromised eyesight having difficulty navigating. I also feel like the space in the rooms could have been utilized better (maybe build in summer small drawers in places?) Not a fan of the separate shower "room" however the rain shower itself was lovely.Overall, I would stay here again. The bed was comfortable, the location incredibly convenient, and the staff fabulous. Oh and air conditioning is amazing! If you're a big family, you may want to book a suite or multiple rooms for a little more space. Our 2 suitcases made for a very cramped room.

Was here for a business trip and stayed for the week. Fantastic high end hotel with great service and good location. The rooms are spacious, clean and quite cozy. Staff are cordial and attentive. The location is fantastic for first time visitors as you’re near major landmarks and transportation. The catered food and restaurant were great, but the neighborhood also has access to fantastic local fair. There’s also a great little bowling alley in the hotel!

Stephana who is part of the front desk staff is AWESOME! She assisted me with locating some snacks late night. The Westminster London hotel is a beautiful modern hotel, although the room I had was very small. The location is convenient to catch public transportation (train & bus). The hotel is in a walkable, quite area which I loved. All of the hotel staff were very helpful. When visiting London in the future I will definitely stay at the Westminster London hotel!

Convenient to several buses and a 15-20 minute walk (through a park with views of the Thames mind) to the tube.Westminster Abbey, Parliament and Big Ben very close by, easy to get to Central and South London.Rooms are efficient and modern, small but not noticeably so. Great value for location and amenities. Room service was great.

Dani and Romero were FANTASTIC ambassadors for this hotel! SO helpful with activity suggestions and restaurant recommendations. Great location too. We're not crazy about the room arrangement., but beds were comfortable, and they totally accommodated my husband's feather allergy!

We just returned from staying here for a week. The service was good, rooms very clean and the location was as we expected, so we were fine walking. But, we could never access the bowling alley, were not offered our welcome drink as Diamond members and the beds were terrible. Traveling here from the states, I knew to adjust my expectations, but the beds are extremely hard such that it caused pain. A hotel of this nature should be able to afford the latest in bedding technology like a hybrid bed. Inner springs mattresses are past date and not comfortable at all. Thankfully we were always so exhausted that we managed to sleep somehow. I wanted to give them 5 stars but the beds really don’t afford it that rating.

Great place to stay in London. Hilton hospitality, nice staff, neatly kept rooms and premises. Special mention of very nice bar and restaurant staff. Some helpers in the cleaning staff need to have at least basic knowledge of English, but that is a very common thing these days and does not diminish the overall very good impression. Again any time.

Hotel was excellent, reception staff very helpful, but the restaurant hours and staff ...that was something different. Food was good but we waited for half hour for coffees and had to "negotiate" with waiterabout almost everything. In completely empty restaurant, around noon, we were asked if we have reservation???Restaurant completely spoiled otherwise great hotel experience.

Booked premium room for Friday and Saturday night, On arrival, everything is good, car park very tight, only go in there if you are a really good driver. Our room was well equipped but a bit too small, so upgraded to the Westminster suite for additional $. This suite is awesome, and its the only 1.SAM in concierge was the stand out staff member there. Knows the area well and very knowledgeable and polite, top man.Breakfast is good, buffet style, with eggs cooked to order.Very clean hotel with fast lifts and positioned near everything you need to see in central London. THE nearby pub as the best pies around too.
