The fuse box kept tripping, PARTNER had to climb up and put it on (dangerous for him to do it) The shower didn't work properly just ran cold. The taps on the sink was broke kept moving when turning them, just trickled out and no hot water, there was no mirror in the bathroom, no tv. Toilet seat was loose. There's a stain on the ceiling. Tried to call several numbers no answer, no receptionist around, didn't see any one. WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND, The place wants shutting down

What the chuffing hell!Booked in here for 4 nights whilst in town for work purposes and I’m sorry to say you wouldn’t have your worst enemy stay here! Bed bugs in the sheets, broken windows that don’t close, a hole in the roof above the shower, blood splattered sink, broken taps on the sink that run HOT water even from the cold taps, oh and if you ask for anything god forbid it! They will just block your calls, there is 0 customer service, I’m sorry to say but it is like they are in it for the money aspect and do not care about your experience whilst staying with them, never again will I book into this place.Pictures attached to show the condition of the room

This hotel is disgusting and dirty. Staff do not give a toss about their customers more bothered with the owners own appearance and cleanliness than their rooms or the entire hotel if that's what you think you call it. Money grabbing foreigners. A dirty field is more accomodding than this place. Very unhygienic and NEEDS SHUTTING DOWN PERMWNANTLY

***DO NOT BOOK HERE*** Booked last minute when our daughter was admitted to hospital at university. Upon arrival it was obvious that all photos are old. We were taken up to a room, it was again nothing like the photographs online. …

Poor hotel.||Unclean with poor facilities and arrogant owners who won't listen to advice.||Will never go back||||They need to get the hoover and duster out themselves or pay for peoples prescriptions.||||Breakfast was undercooked and near raw at times.||||Facilities is a word that they don't understand.||||They give hotels a bad name
