I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and while the room size was a bit smaller than I anticipated, it was impeccably clean and tidy, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay. However, the true highlights of my experience were the outstanding location and the incredible staff.Riya, the receptionist, was a standout. She went above and beyond to ensure my parents' check-in process was smooth and was very accommodating in making my mother's birthday stay special.Equally impressive was Seyed, the doorman. He was always ready with a greeting and offered assistance with my bags and the doors. Seyed truly elevated the experience with his exceptional service.Overall, while the room may have been cozy, the hospitality provided by Riya and Seyed turned my parents' stay into something special. I highly recommend this hotel not just for its prime location, but for the warmth and attentiveness of its staff. I can't wait to return myself hopefully!

This is a very nice boutique hotel in a good location. Pricing is very reasonable. Rooms are clean and people at front desk very friendly. The Conceirge Mr Seyed is the best - very responsive, helpful and energetic!  …

Slept great, very quiet in the downstairs rooms, the shower was crazy powerful, felt like walking through a waterfall! Flooded the bathroom but worth it! Had a tasty lamb curry for dinner which was good, lots of lamb and flavor without too much gee, the rice was tasty as well. The cookies on arrival, are always a lovely treat! Didn't go in the bar or anything. The staff were helpful and friendly. The coffee machine was a challenge this morning, needs a gentle touch!

I’ll preface by saying the restaurant was excellent for dinner, and decent for breakfast, and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. However, the room had a lot of issues that made my first night in London pretty miserable. Firstly, one of the light fixtures in the room had a broken sensor, and would not turn off at all. A staff member came in to try and tape a newspaper over it to cover it, but the light was still seeping out and made it quite hard to sleep. Then, in the middle of the night the AC abruptly shut off, I woke up very hot, and had to turn it on again and let the room cool down before being able to sleep. Lastly, despite the fact that I had never touched the alarm clock, it was somehow already set to 6am, and went off then, disturbing my sleep again. The staff were very helpful, and did the best they could, but a lot of these issues were things they had no ability to even remedy.

The hotel is in an incredible location and it is only a 2 minutes walk to Oxford street and 6 minute walk to Selfidges. Ideal location and wonderful staff at front desk but rooms rather disappointing. Small rooms and very little ventilation. Would we stay there again if we paid less than £200 a night.

I had a very good experience. I had booked this hotel for our holiday and it was totally worth it. All the staffs were friendly and approachable. The food at the Indian restaurant was good. Overall very good experience and happy with my stay at Hilton MarbleArch.

Quirky rooms - quite small even for central London. Breakfast ok - nothing special and it all seemed a bit tired. Good location but if you venture a few stops on the tube further out there are way better Hilton branded hotels to be had.

This by far has been the worst DoubleTree, worst Hilton, that I’ve stayed in recent memory. …
