Lovely newer area to stay in. Steps away from the Tube. Convenient access to groceries, coffee shops and restaurants. It is great for an overnight stay. Although with the lack of night tables, drawers and bedside outlets, I would only recommend this hotel for a night or two. The staff was friendly, there is a good restaurant right in the lobby and the hotel is very clean. Very conveniently situated.

Honestly I didn’t expect that much, mainly due to the price and yet the staff were super friendly. The room was a good size and really clean. The shower could be better but for the cost everything was so good. Great location for the train also. The reception looked like it had just opened it was in such good care. My friend stayed in the Premier Inn over the road and the Ibis was so much better. Would definitely recommend.

Ah, the Ibis Canning Town. To many, the Ibis brand suggests a hodgepodge of “budget” boxes with limited frills and overly familiar carpet patterns. A bed in a box, often useful in desperate circumstances and not much more. But hold on. This one is different – in fact, I’d argue it’s quite brilliant, and I’m just as surprised to be saying that as you probably are reading it.Let’s start with the price. £80 a night – and for London! Just a one-way Uber fee to the West End in itself most days. But here’s the twist: despite the suburban-sounding “Canning Town” address, this hotel isn’t actually all that far-flung. It’s straight across from the tube station, the Jubilee Line right there ready to whisk you into central London in a blink. If you get bored waiting, you can even wave at Canary Wharf, looming in the near distance, like a cash-stuffed giant who’s just rediscovered caffeine. This is a pocket of London that’s gone through gentrification like it’s doing a crash diet; modern flats and artisan coffee shops have sprouted up almost suspiciously. But the hotel! Step inside, and it’s more “funky pizzeria lounge” than “budget lodging.” Cool, edgy decor, the scent of wood-fired pizza in the air (metaphorically at least), and friendly, unfazed staff who check you in before you can blink. It’s unfussy but stylish, and the room? Quite perfect in a surprising way. A clean, nicely appointed space with no unnecessary frills but enough charm to make you forget you’re at an Ibis. Comfortable bed, plenty of towels, immaculately clean. It’s enough to make you think this is actually one of London’s best hotel deals for the price. So bravo, Ibis. You’ve taken that dubious reputation, scrubbed it up, and managed to deliver something really rather good here. For £80, you’ve nailed it.

I must say that the hotel was incredibly comfy, well located, it worths the price and also the customer service was absolutely great! People there are always open to help and to guide you. It is also in front of a main station (Canning town) and the rooms are well equipped. I recommend it 100%

We stayed here as we were attending a concert that evening at the 02 . It’s only one stop to the venue from the hotel which is great!!The welcome we received was wonderful as it was a very hot day travelling so to see a smiling face was nice . Check in was easy and fast . The room was very cool and spacious for London as we’ve stayed in many rooms the size of a cupboard. The only preference for me was the bed was not comfy at all . Very hard and the pillows even with extra ones was not comfy . We were on floor 9 and could hear loud sounds all night which sounded like water flowing down which kept me awake most of the night . Other than that great hotel great location . clean tidy and what you want for a quick stop over .

Without a doubt, this is my faviourite Ibis. I first stayed here a week or two after it opened and I feel it hasnt aged at all, they really maintain it well. The reception/bar area has a really nice vibe to it and is very welcoming. …
