My Go-To Hotel in LondonI am currently staying at The BoTree Hotel London, and it’s been an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and my room is both beautiful and modern, with an extremely comfortable bed. What really stands out is the staff, especially the check-in team and the manager, who have gone above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They’ve been attentive to every detail, providing everything I need. I honestly can’t imagine staying at any other hotel in London. Highly recommended!

We, 2 adults and two teenagers, spent 5 days at the Bo Tree. We had booked two luxury double rooms. We were able to have adjoining rooms overlooking an inner courtyard, which was very quiet and practical for a family. …

The BoTree Hotel has a lovely and inviting atmosphere. Overall the stay was very enjoyable and we enjoyed the location. The door staff and concierges were friendly and helpful upon arrival but not having an official front desk is awkward. It was very difficult to get a response to prearrange our trip details and get help with reservations. After over a week of multiple unanswered emails with our reservation information, I finally submitted the general online contact form with a complaint and only then received a response. I ended up doing my own research and making my own reservations. We paid a very hefty premium (4x) to upgrade our room to a basic suite so my partner could have a work space. The room was clean and comfortable but nothing exceptional and there was no actual desk area to work at. Our view was of construction workers and people working in an office so we kept the screens down. The room amenities were well appointed and included a coffee and tea bar as well as a few complimentary nonalcoholic beverages. There were also a nice assortment of local snacks and drinks for purchase. The closet layout was good for a couple and the shower was nice with high end shower products provided. The in room highlight was a Dyson hairdryer and hairstyle system. Very nice touch for the ladies! The lighting is high tech but very difficult to operate. Impossible to get a basic nightlight for the toilet room without lighting up the whole room. Too many touch settings and some just made the lights flicker annoyingly. The room was very clean but housekeeping had some misses. Too many odd timed knocks on the door (early morning and late at night) when water could just be simply restocked during cleaning. Asked for an extra throw blanket and received a tiny baby blanket. Took several calls and conversations to get an actual blanket. On a positive note, the Sunday brunch was excellent as well as our other meals at Lavo. The bar also had a great atmosphere and good DJ. The service was very good at both. There’s a decent gym room with space to stretch and nice equipment. The location is awesome and within walking distance to many great neighborhoods. We enjoyed our visit to London and overall had a nice stay but will look elsewhere next time for the price of $1500/night.

We came to London to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, and this hotel was just perfect. |Arrived at the lobby, no reception desk, we were told to just take a seat somewhere in the sofa to wait for somebody to take care of us. …

The perfect hotel in central London. Very modern and artsy. Amazing location right next to a tube station with a direct line to Heathrow. Walkable to pretty much everything. The rooms are great size, very clean and new, and the layout is super cool. Every detail has been well thought out. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

My recent stay at the Botree Hotel was a blend of pure luxury and unexpected frustration. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and impeccable professionalism, making me feel like a valued guest from the get-go.The room was a haven of comfort and style. It was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities. The bed was plush and inviting, ensuring a restful sleep each night.Dining in the room was a culinary delight; every meal was expertly prepared and delicious. However, my experience took a sour turn during the check-out process. After enjoying my stay and looking forward to a smooth departure, I was hit with an unexpected service charge. This additional fee was never mentioned during the booking process or at any point during my stay. It felt like an unpleasant surpriseDespite the excellent accommodations, the lack of transparency regarding the service charge left me with mixed feelings. I hope the management takes note and ensures that all fees are clearly communicated to guests upfront to avoid future disappointments.

I recently stayed at the BoTree , and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel was impeccably clean, and the modern, stylish rooms made my stay very comfortable. The location is also ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but Bella, in particular, stood out. She expertly handled any concerns I had with such politeness and professionalism. It’s clear that she knows how to make guests feel valued and cared for.Overall, I highly recommend the botree for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to the area.
