We stayed for three nights in one of the standard plus double rooms during our trip in October. The room was clean and we thought it was spacious, perfect for what we needed. The room did get hot, thankfully we could open the window and there was a fan provided. The location of the hotel is one of the best things about it. It's within walking distance of everything you need including food and all public transport options that can take you to any side of the city. The hotel staff we friendly and helpful upon check-in and allowed us to sort our bags while we explored after check-out. I would highly recommend to stay here, especially those staying in London for the first time as it's easy to navigate.

Pro: Excellent location. Super access to all forms of transportation, many cafes, restaurants and shopping near by. Rooms were clean. Great price but you get what you paid for.Con: We had two rooms for 5 days, each only serviced/cleaned one time. Twice the house keeping staff said they were sorry they just ran out of time. Twice we ran out of toilet paper. Once I took it from a housekeeping cart myself the second time it took the front desk 40 minutes to bring one up. Smoking section is right in front of the hotel. It will be the first thing you smell when you approach or leave. Rooms are very warm, but the windows crack open which helps. The room that faces the street is noisy so if this a problem for you ask the front desk for a different location. Door paneling (lipstick on a pig) on the room door is peeling off. Budget mattresses, not the best or worse. It’s a very transactional hotel, if saving $ is your big thing this hotel works, for us, we will spend the extra money to stay elsewhere.

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children) and stayed 4 nights in the City sleepers hotel. Very quiet rooms and comfortable beds. We had 2 rooms communicating one to the other. …

The location is good, not bad, the room size is good, the cleanliness is good like any hotel. What I did not like was the smell of cleaning bleach, it was very strong, I could not sleep because of it, and the receptionist was slow and did not receive us properly, as if she did not want to work the evening shift. The curtains are light and the rooms and outside are noisy, you hear everything.the price high

Great hotel, near to the main places. From the hotel room, a great view of the common London streets. Love it! Hotel as a whole was a bit confusing, though, because of the other hotel that was connected to Royal National H. Got lost several times. Also, the rooms were great for three people. The bathroom was okay, though, no lock on the door. In the room there also was a bit of a suspicious door that you could open. It went through to another room. Kind of socialized with knocks with the people staying in the room next to us because they kept knocking at the suspicious door.

We arrived much before checkin time and had requested before, if possible, an early checkin. The receptionist at the front desk at 6.45AM was not sympathetic and dismissed my request in a rather dismissive manner.  …

Very conveniently location, rooms are nice and clean. It's a very big hotel with many rooms (quite impressive) but sound insulation isn't great. Windows don't block much sound of the outside and it can get rowdy at times. There also doesn't seem to be any air con/heating so I suspect it would get quite hot and stuffy in the summer 🤔. The weather was cool during our visit so it was fine, but if you chose to open the windows to let in some air them it'll be quite noisy. So probably not the best choice if you like a quiet environment to stay.. my friend stayed in the 2 bed room first before we moved to a 3 bed room. The 3 bed room was much larger than the 2.But the location is great, close to the British Museum and a nice walk to multiple tube stations.

Beds are super comfy and clean. Rooms could do with some updating (our family room only had 2 sockets and worn carpets).Great location with tube station not far away.Breakfast is crazy busy but food is good and great selection.

Decent hotel I would recommend if you want to stay centrally at a reasonable price, only 2 minutes walk to the nearest underground. The hotel room is modern and nice, but experienced that the cleaning was somewhat poor. We stayed at the hotel 3 nights and two of the days they forgot to make the bed and change the towels even though we had put them on the bathroom floor.I would recommend finding a nice cafe for breakfast near the hotel as the breakfast they offer is very simple.

Rooms are small with no heater controls and a window which opens 2 inches, otherwise no other ventilation/fan. No fridge, no drinking water and tap water is not to be used for drinking (as advised by 2 staff members).Nobody picks up the phone at Room Service.Too many rooms in a hotel (1603) .. seems like a maze to get lost in. Too pricey for this quality and service. They do have a good Left Luggage storage.
