The location is fantastic and perfect for all your London touristy things- walking distance to a lot of the big named places and near several tube entrances. The rooms are definitely on the smaller side, but very comfortable. …

This was my second stay here, and a very pleasant one once again, even if it was just for one night. ||||The staff are excellent. Very welcoming and helpful. ||||I had a standard corner room, which was very nice indeed. …

The location is PERFECT. Staff were nice, but can tell they are very busy and juggling lots of things at once. The room is smaller than what you may be used to, but if you book the bigger room it is perfectly fine for two people. Loved that everything was controlled by a panel above the bed! (However when you leave the room for a certain amount of time it seemed to power down the AC so it can be a bit warm when you return. We just cranked the AC on the lowest temp when we returned and it was fine. Also when it blew warm air it smelled very musty). House cleaning was pointless….we had them clean our room once during our 6 nights and all they did was make our bed and take the trash. No new towels, sheets, or vacuumed. Breakfast was good but could be very busy- also it is £8 per person. Free water bottles are provided only for the first night, then they are a £1 at the front desk. Overall it was a pleasant stay and was perfect for our first trip to London!

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved the location—just steps from Westminster Abbey and Parliament. We booked the larger room, which was clean and modern, though a bit cramped with two suitcases and backpacks (there’s storage under the bed). The air conditioning worked but was slow, and the heat caused some humidity that fogged up the mirrors, which was a bit odd.Be aware that every morning tour buses park in designated spots on the street just outside hotels entrance and the sidewalks fill with tourists quickly. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is a must—worth every penny for £9 with a selection of hot foods, pastries, yogurt, and fresh coffee. To avoid congestion, go early. We also enjoyed their happy hour in the evening.Overall, it’s a great value for the location, and we’d happily stay here again. Just be sure not to confuse this hotel with the similar one around the corner!

A very stylish, modern hotel in a fantastic location. Westminster Abbey is a 5 min walk away. The room, albeit small, was fine for 2 people. …

This is a modern version of a Premiere Inn Hotel. Rooms are very well designed if a little snug. As always, bed and bedding is superb, allowing for a fantastic night's sleep. This is the main reason why we come back time and again. The layout of the space in the dining room makes getting to the breakfast goods a challenge. However, the breakfast was great. The location is superb. We would definitely come here again.

Overall very pleased. Good location for sightseeing. Nice breakfast; wonderful coffee. Super service, able to check in early. Andrea was very helpful and pleasant. Area is not a great food area but found a few good places. Small room as expected but comfortable bed and given we were tourists it was perfect!

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. My birthday happened to fall during my stay and the staff even left a birthday treat surprise in my room, it was so thoughtful. The morning staff at breakfast were hardworking and always nice and helpful. Breakfast gets a bit busy though so give yourself time in the morning if you plan to eat especiallyif you have morning plans. The dining space is very nice and clean. The rooms are nice, modern, and clean- a bit crammed, but I made it work for the location and price. Westminster Abbey is literally a block away, and a tube station is also very close. Good restaurants are in the area as well- Blue Boar pub is a Michelin star chef restaurant 100 feet away and I highly recommend that for dinner or lunch! Overall great experience and I would for sure stay at a Premier location again when traveling abroad! Thanks for a great stay, cheers!

I'm actually upset that I hadn't found this hotel before now!You walk out of the front doors, turn right, and Westminster Abbey is staring you in the face🙌🏽The area is close to restaurants, shops, and in walking distance to Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace, and other desirable Tourist attractions👍🏾It is also central enough that catching a ride on The Tube to explore the "London" region of the UK is more than doable.... and at a minimal cost! The location offers self check-in, self checkout, a restaurant that serves breakfast and has a full bar, easy access to transportation to other locations, and the staff was AWESOME ‼️See the pics for outlet types & availability, and other amenities.#StayHere👍🏾

It's a good hotel but always seems lacking in staff. The ones that are there are amazing though. The rooms are small and always seem set up for one person. An excellent breakfast. continental and cooked. The bar is good too. Location is excellent for Westminster and Buckingham Palace.
