For what you pay here, it’s an absolute bargain.Rooms are clean, good value for money. We ate in bar downstairs and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was for the price.Have recommended to a few people already for when they’re in Manchester visiting.Rather than paying extortionate prices for city centre. Just plot up here and jump on a tram or bus. 5 min walk to centre of Eccles from hotel, tram station and bus depot right there. Belting 👍

This place a decent hotel the only complaint I would have is a bit better signage on the way in to find the reception. It is located in an old office block but the rooms are very comfortable and clean and the food was good. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Parking was ample and would stay here again if needed

Could not fault the cleanliness of the bedroom, the staff in their level of friendliness or the price.Negatives- There is little to no signage inside to explain where to go. The building is multi usage, and it's not that welcoming when you arrive as a hotel guest. Without the sign outside, you could easily think you were in the wrong place. The main hallway/lift areas also had an unpleasant smell.- If you are a wheelchair user, or have mobility needs, I cannot see how it would be possible to stay here. The lifts for the building stop between hotel floors, meaning you have to go up or down 8 to 10 stairs to access the hotel reception, breakfast area and bedrooms. There may be arrangements to get around this, or a specific floor that has a stair lift access to bedroom sublevel, if you had an access need, but I didn't see any evidence of this or notice it being mentioned when I booked the room.- The mattress was quite soft - it felt like this was because the mattress was old, not that it was soft on purpose.- The pillows were very thin.- There was no air conditioning system in the room, and while the windows did open, it was then quite noisy.- Feels like a strange one, but there are no teaspoons in the room with the tea and coffee making facilities, just wooden stirrers.Positives+ Bathroom in the room was nicely done, felt like a new renovation+ Shower pressure was good and temperature was consistent+ Staff were friendlyOverall, while the hotel is in a good location to get into central Manchester, and is a really good price, I would prefer to pay more for better facilities.

Everything was normal, clean, organized. The only thing I see negative is that they steal people. I always stay in this hotel, pay for the room and then at the entrance paid another £1 for them to keep my card details. They say that these £1 will be returned and I never, never received, waited 14 days nothing, 20 days nothing.A lie and take it away from thousands of people.

Not for the faint hearted. ||From the front, i wasnt even sure we was at a hotel. Before even stepped into the hotel, i already tripped over the 1 bar which is supposed to stop cars gaining access to the car park at night, i guess? …

Cheap and cheerful. Had a few people messing around banging on each other’s doors all night which was annoying. Beds weren’t the best but did the drop and it’s in a decent location. 3/5.

The building was a knackered converted multipurpose office block attached to a job centre. The room was decent enough but the mould in the bathroom was pretty terrible. The shower head in particular was absolutely disgusting we had to clean it ourselves. Our room key didn’t work when we arrived back late and the reception was closed (with a chain and padlock - not a reassuring sight) luckily the security guard could help us - reception should mention this since we thought we’d be locked out for the rest of the night. The area wasn’t great. I wouldn’t return.

Can't complain for the price paid although the room did smell musty. TV is small and not positioned very well. Some noise with slamming doors but bathroom looked new and bedding was clean. Staff welcoming alrhough the layout is rather odd. Free parking and not far from Manchester centre so ideal for my needs.

Absolutely brilliant value for money. Very clean rooms. Hassle free check in. Clean toilet and a very good shower. Room had two single beds but could be brought near each other to make a large bed. Quick lifts 3 in number Brilliant breakfast for £9.99!! Great spread! From pastries to cold cuts, cheese, fresh cucumbers/tomatoes, freshly made quiche, full English with all vegetarian choices including veg sausage, brown toast and a variety of coffee, tea and juices. However, don’t get put off by outside of the hotel. It’s in a high rise building and the entrance to the check is a bit unusual but clean and tidy. Overall you may feel a bit awkward until you get to your room but you soon realise how good a value for money!!! Plenty of free parking. Very close to Ladywell park and ride to the city and to go to any concert arena on the blue line metro
