This is the best premier inn experience i have ever had and possibly one of the nicest hotel experiences i have had.||My wife and I are autistic and find hotels can be challenging.  …

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is right near Nottingham trent university, the city center, the aboretum, and access to the tram line, so it is very easy to get around the city. …

Just the job. Room clean, bed comfy, staff friendly, breakfast very reasonably priced & good value. Good location with a easy 5/10 min walk into the centre with plenty of places to eat & drink. Don’t let the outside of the hotel put you off. ||Don’t charge your electric car at the charging point across the road, it’s for taxis only!

From arriving (22:10) later than anticipated the reception staff, were very helpful. Jake advised he would keep the bar open until I came down from taking the luggage to the room.  …

Average Premier Inn hotel, about 20 minutes from Nottingham station, or there's a tram stop right outside.Small and a little dated inside, but the rooms are clean and have everything needed, just like any other Premier Inn. Rooms too hot though, even in September, and signs on the heating in capitals to inform to there is no Aircon only heating, windows barely open so impossible to cool down really. Otherwise no issues.Breakfast ok, reasonable selection, a very small and cramped space to serve yourself but otherwise what you'd expect anywhere.

Very nice place, clean and excellent location next to NTU. Tram stop outside the hotel and lots of amenities and shopping within 5 mins walk. Very close to the Nottingham on Trent University Campus and Victoria Centre nearby for shopping. Rooms are clean and have the basic you need for a brief business day.

Second year staying here. Location fantastic for the city centre and the service partically at breakfast was amazing. The breakfast is really good here. However, they need to invest in air-conditioning. The room was so hot and window only opened a crack.

Having this premier Inn hotel near a university building is not good enough. It's bad enough at night time with the trams going up & down Goldsmith street, then on top of that you have the noise from the students who don't care about who they wake up after partying all night. The bath had dust inside it. Staff customer service skills were fantastic. Breakfast was very nice. Not sure if I want to stop here again or not at the moment
