Had an absolutely fantastic stay, the host went out of his way to make sure everything was great for me and my family. Everyone we met at the Hotel was really friendly and easy to talk too.The room was clean and lovely, beds are comfortable 👌. The breakfast was great. Would 100% stay again and would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in Blackpool.

The hotels filled with Drug addicts and alcoholics sent to stay by Blackpool Council. The hotel itself is dirty , stinks of smoke and is really run down. Avoid

booked into room number 7 and the rooms well below what should be satisfactory.Tea & coffee facilities but dirty unwashed cups. Unemptied bins, rubbish all over the carpet, bathroom was disgusting, and to top it off my 4 year old daughter pulled a packet of edible cannabis sweets out of the bin. Left the hotel to get some fresh air and other guests sat on the doorstep smoking cannabis, not usually one to moan but its slightly different when children are present.Text both the owners, recieved a response from 1 of them, however nothing was done about it. Definitely would not recommend. Unless you're unhygienic and like to smoke spliff and eat THC sweets, then you'll fit right in 🤭X

I stayed for one night with my family and booked 2 rooms, the location was not bad but it's a very run down part of the city and a lot of drunk people walking around, the staff was friendly but then the problems started first the room door wouldn't lock then my daughter got stuck in the bathroom for 15 mins before someone broke the lock but couldn't repair it, I was also advised who ever sleeps on the top bunk bed to be careful as it's located by a big window which didn't lock properly, why would you put it there?loads of tea and coffee was provided but the cups were dirty, the kettle was on a table but the lead wasn't long enough to plug it in worst of all the electric heater caught fire literally 5 minutes after switching it on and no smoke alarm came on, luckily it didn't happen while I was sleeping and managed to put it out, this place is not safe and needs inspecting

We only stayed for one night thank goodness. The owner let us drop our luggage off before we were allowed to our room because we were early. We paid for the one night and made arrangements with the owner for breakfast the following day, 9,o'clock was agreed. that was the only time we saw anyone at the hotel, up the next day, we went to the dining room for breakfast about 8.50 am. we waited and waited not a sole about we waited until 9.30 and still no one. so we got our luggage and left to look for a cafe for breafast. I cannot recommend this hotel. NO NO NO.No stars for service

Rooms were small, service was not really good when checking in, no remote control asked about it, never got back to me within hour wanted to go for a beer, anyway found it under the bed. Service was not really good breakfast was only continental, everyone was wondering where is the full English? Not fully stocked up in the morning limited bread and crumpets, would not have paid extra if not cooked breakfast. Location is the only thing good nearby town centre for Wetherspoons. But as always go outside Blackpool for cheaper breakfast, go Fleetwood or Preston instead.

nearly scolded myself on the cold water in the shower and almost passed out after the mega breakfast, asked for vegan sausage and got proper pork! the girls where super friendly tho so made the whole experience worth while the bar looked a bit dated like the carpets it was all worth just for the vegan shampoo, I was overwhelmed by the chefs masculinity but I couldn't remember her name sadly

Do not book this hotel. Filthy rooms, dirty bed sheets, owners were rude. Waste of money, don’t risk it.
