Pretty much same as any other Travelodge. Basic but clean. Reasonably well located. However the strict adherence to 3pm check in unless you've paid a further fee, along with a general lackluster approach to customer service is to say the least disappointing. It doesn't take much to smile, be pleasant and occasionally exceed expectations butthat does seem to evade most Travelodge sites.

The rooms are small with very little shelving or tables no bedside cabinets etc. The hand soap dispenser discharged its contents throughout our stay all over the bathroom floor. Linen and towels spotless and bedding perfect.

I don't know who was on reception at about 18:45 but she was lovely! Welcoming and helpful. Beds are comfortable, rooms not too hot (there was a heater if we wanted it warmer) and just generally happy with our experience

We stayed here for a quick trip to go to Abba Voyage, perfect location! The room has everything you need, clean, and the shower was amazing. The best thing about this hotel is the staff! From the minute we stepped through the door until we left the staff were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back for our next trip!!

I really loved the hospitality. Every staff was very friendly. The room was clean and all the essentials were there. No outside noises and was able to sleep peacefully. Breakfast was absolutely great, tasty food worth the money, every staff was also very police and friendly during breakfast. I would recommend it to everyone I know.

I was supposed to be on holiday, not cleaning, washing or being annoyed with the people who worked there. The room was dirty, the bathroom smelled, when I showered, water leaked all over the bathroom. 4 days was my stay, and no one came to clean the room, put clean sheets, take the trash, or deliver clean towels. Every day that passed they said they will fix it, clean it etc...! my last night and I was so annoyed because he alone says they don't do that. And that they also wash after 7 days, I find out after my 3rd day. I was pissed, because the bathroom stank, I had garbage and had to use used towels to dry the bathroom. I find out on my last day after talking to 6 people at this hotel that I had to put towels, trash outside the room, how would I know? When not even those at the hotel knew these rules. The bathroom had no fan, so it became completely foggy, and started to stink a bit because there was no air there. How are you supposed to clean the toilet when they don't even have toilet bowls? The room had air conditioning, so had to use a fan, no internet at all, so had to pay for that too. All in all, I will never use this hotel again. One of the worst I've been to, and I've been to London several times. They almost ruined my holiday so to speak, no one wants a dirty room, with rubbish etc in it..!!!!!!!

It's a travelodge so don't expect to much there is an unlimited breakfast option, and a set menu for meals in the cafe/ bar area , But I would say because this hotel isn't far from Stratford Westgate shopping centre they have a vast food court with plenty of options, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants around locally , The hotel is cleaned as people check out but the cleaners won't enter you room unless you request them to do so, so don't expect 4 of 5 star service as you won't get it. But the staff are friendly enough and always ready to help with any problems that may arise.

Staying for 4 nights On arrival was told that we couldn't have the room we payed for which was a superior room and were given a family room no refund offered. I was told we could have are room the next night Next morning reception said are bags would be moved to new room as we were heading out all day. Arrived back that night to no bags moved and still the same room Second morning I found Lauren a supervisor who is excellent sorted out are room and had are luggage moved and breakfast was great next morning breakfast was terrible dirty bowls and cutlery shortage of food had to ask for everything such a difference to when Lauren was on previous morning last morning Lauren back on and everything ran smoothly. Don't think Travelodge will read this are care but without Lauren the place would fall apart

Rooms very hot, no air con, so no sleep equals I wouldn’t return. Bed comfy. Room ok, clean and tidy. With window shut room very quiet considering the road it is on. Breakfast was ok. Waited 20 mins to be served at the bar. Reception toilet needs to be cleaned as soon as someone leaves it in a disgusting state. All in all not bad for the price (150, bed n breakfast for two) shame we got no sleep.
