The food quality was also disappointing throughout my stay. In fact, from the first night, my team and I found ourselves going to nearby restaurants like Five Guys and others to have dinner, as the food at the hotel did not meet our expectations. Additionally, I encountered further issues on the day of my checkout. If I hadn’t carefully checked my bill, I would have been charged £300 for alcohol and room service that I never used. As a Muslim, I do not drink alcohol, and I had specifically requested upon check-in for all alcohol to be removed from my room.To add to the disappointment, there were issues with the water in the mornings—no hot water, and a blockage in the bathtub that occurred around 7:10 AM, which was quite shocking. The situation was made even more surprising by the housekeeping staff who, when collecting laundry, would always knock on the door to say, ‘Don’t leave your laundry outside, somebody might steal it.’ I felt as though I was staying in a one-star hotel rather than a Hilton property. It was only after I spoke to the Chairman’s office that I received an upgrade to a suite in the last two days of my stay, which seemed like an attempt to recover from the earlier mishaps. The effort was appreciated, but the gesture came too late to truly change my overall experience. For a property of this caliber, I would have expected the level of service to be much higher from the start, not just when an escalation to the highest levels of ownership became necessary

Hilton should not give their name to a place like this.Pros:-The room and bed were comfortable-The spa is very niceNegs:-The receptionist lady was rude at check in and out-They have glued a minibar on the desk in the room. I asked for it to be removed, which they refused. I had to work staring at crisps and candies which were glued to the desk.-I told them to remove the alcohol on religious reasons, to which they said that they have never been asked to do it before, but they have to comply. Very polite - not! I also doubt that this is true, I cannot see many people who hold certain beliefs sleeping next to a wine bottle. About 15 people showed up to my room (why 15?) and asked me why I am asking to have the alcohol removed, in fact they were yelling and I felt intimidated and harassed, and I said for religious reasons. The staff then yelled twice "she wants to have it removed for RELIGIOUS REASONS" down the corridor. He came to take the wine away, and as he was leaving, he yelled it out again. Not very discreet and made me feel harassed on religious grounds.-I woke up to the cleaner coming into the room. I asked what she was doing, and she said she came to check if the room was empty.-I woke up two more times to the same cleaner yelling in the corridor. She was cleaning one room, and there was another cleaner across the corridor in another room. They were yelling loudly in Russian to each other. After this yelling woke me up once, I went to tell her. Once I had fallen asleep, they woke me up again by continuing the shouting-I told reception about the issues with being woken up three times by the cleaner, and how the other crew (of about 15 people) had been rude about the wine bottle issue. No apologies offered.-They provided free water next to the minibar tray, and on the tray, chargeable water. I accidentally drunk the chargeable water. Ok,fine, but not fair as they don't mark it clearly, and make it so that people get easily confused, but I agreed to pay. It was £8.5. Congratulations Wembley, you got my £8,5 but lost all future business.Staff were all around rude, obnoxious and loud. They should invest in good training and hiring practises. The rooms is beautiful, but the staff give it a hostel/motel feeling.

Nice foyer but nowhere to sit. Not a single seat if you’re waiting for someone to check in, etc. Staff are very friendly and efficient. Check in was quick. …

We stayed for one night in March 2024. The hotel is fabulous! So clean, modern and luxurious. We didn’t have a great view from the room but someone has to get the rooms to the back, we didn’t mind as we didn’t spend long in the room. …

We booked a room for one night. Everything was great, big comfortable bed, big TV with the option to play Netflix or YT. The hotel offers towels and washing cosmetics, a hairdryer, etc., you don't need to bring any of these with you .The hotel is right next to the OVO arena, so it was perfect that we didn't have to go far after the concert. The staff was very nice. If we ever visit Wembley again for a concert, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for your service.

We stayed here for a night to celebrate my dad and my daughter’s birthday and everything was amazing. We had a surprised balloons and cakes in each rooms. The bed and pillows are very comfortable and we slept well. It is next to the outlet and loads of dining options as well.I would suggest that it would be nice to have chairs in the reception area for people to sit on while waiting especially to those who traveled from different areas and arriving in the hotel.

I had high hopes for Hilton London Wembley, especially since I’ve had fantastic experiences at Hilton properties abroad. In the past, I've received world-class service that set the tone for a great stay. Unfortunately, this visit was a far cry from that level of service. The problems started immediately. When I checked into my room, I discovered there was no fridge to store personal items. How can a premium luxury hotel like Hilton not provide such a basic amenity? There was a mini bar, but it’s designed for hotel-supplied items only, not for personal use. I called reception and was assured someone would deliver a fridge. Hours passed, and no one came. I called again and received the same promise, but still, no fridge. After three calls in total and being repeatedly reassured, the issue was never resolved. They completely failed to deliver on their promises.Next, I encountered confusion when trying to pay for parking. I was told that I needed to validate my parking ticket and pay the £15 upon checkout. However, I needed to take my car out before checking out, so I followed their advice. Later, I was informed that I had been given incorrect information and should have validated and paid before taking the car out. Now, I’m expecting a £100 fine, and I’ll have to waste my time resolving this because of the hotel’s poor communication and conflicting information.Additionally, I spent much of my stay working in the room. Although the seat was comfortable, the lighting was far from ideal. This was an executive guestroom, and I expected a much higher standard. The room lighting was dim, which made it difficult to work comfortably. For an executive-level room, I expected better amenities to support a productive work environment. To top it off, there was an unnecessary fire alarm evacuation. An announcement was made that more information would follow, and after five minutes, we were told to evacuate due to a fire hazard. Once I reached the ground floor, we were told that we could return to our rooms. While I understand the need for caution in such situations, it was frustrating to have my time wasted, especially when it could have been handled more efficiently.Overall, I’m very disappointed with my stay. From start to finish, the experience was far below what I expected from Hilton. I won’t be returning to this property and would advise others to set their expectations accordingly.
