Overall we enjoyed our stay here. We got a room with a view of the bridge at night, it was majestical and wonderful!!! The location is awesome, it is very walkable to the London tower, restaurants, and bus stops. I would definitely stay here again! I am giving 4 stars only because our room did not feel completely clean. There was hair in the shower and a strand on the bed.

Recently had the pleasure of a 3 night stay. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Superb location. Room was very comfortable and we received a complimentary upgrade to a bridge view room for our wedding Anniversary. They even included a bottle of champagne!Included breakfast had everything you could want.Linton and Francis at the Vicinity restaurant were so kind and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay

I took my Mom here in Feb of 2024, and as Americans, we were not used to the heaters in the room being on full blast. Our first room (with an amazing view of The Tower), the heater was on full blast and no one could get it to come down - Cue the very sleepless night because we were way too hot. They moved us to a different room immediately. The second room, the toilet wouldn't flush - Cue the third room. The third room we were very graciously moved to again had heat issues however they were able to pull it down enough to be comfortable and they brought us a fan. Every time we left or came back, they rushed to help my mom who has a physical limitation. The service was suburb.Location is beautiful - The Tower lights up at night and is gorgeous. It is a quick walk to the Tube as well. Highly recommend.

For the Americans... this is Europe. ALL of the hotel rooms are small compared to what you see in the U.S.. With that in mind, this is a very nice hotel in a great location. We used the hop on / hop off companies to get around the city. We did both the river cruise and the buses. Breakfast was included with our room and the breakfast was very good. The coffee was lousy. I would definitely stay here again.

Writing this while I’m currently at the hotel,Plus and minus points….Location is great, staff are friendly and it’s location is good.Breakfast was also good. Now the important bits…Rated as a four star hotel which it isn’t.Paid for a tower bridge room, unfortunately had to change dates, this was another substantial payment.. ended up in a standard double room, rust in the bath,Decor repair half done and only one bedside.Lifts, out of four lifts a only two we’re working this morning, and they operate totally missing out floors they pass even though they have been called.Four star, no maybe a three,Use again, absolutely not.

Overall we enjoyed our stay.We were initially disappointed not to have a tower view room, but our room on 10th floor had a great view of Katharine’s Dock and the room was larger than we expected. We thoroughly enjoyed the novelty of the original features of our room, including the original housekeeping bell and wooden wardrobes and cupboards. The hotel was charming and would have been very luxurious when originally built. However the room is now was very dated. Walls were scuffed and the bathroom was scruffy with some rusty areas around the shower and mouldy areas on the ceiling. The room was quite dusty which aggravated my eczema. The rooms are now in need of a significant refurbishment. We found a small box with old ear plugs under the bed.The food in the restaurant Vu From The Tower was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was nice but not worth the £22 per person. We would not stay again but it was an interesting experience and the views were unrivalled.

I would say the hotel is ok, but not 4 stars...The rooms were good and clean, but the windows were small and couldn't be opened more than a few centimetres, so it got quite warm in there, like everywhere in the hotel. The service was very polite and helpful. Also the Breakfast was good! One big advantage of the hotel is the place next to the Tower Bridge and the Tower of London in the center of London!

The rooms were good enough but a bit well used in places, the view of the Tower Bridge made up for any deficite though. We were supposed to get a executive room but on booking in we were given a standard room instead with no explanation. When we queried this we were told the room we booked required repairing. We did get complimentary breakfast as compensation. The location of the hotel is perfect for central London and 5 minutes away from Tower Bridge tube station.

Close to everything including The Tower of London and Tower Bridge. Close to river cruise and hop on hop off buses. Plenty of eateries and cafes around. Clean and comfortable rooms with great views from our room. All you can eat breakfast around £22 pound a head. Also has a cafe on site.
