We booked this hotel as it was very close to Victoria station which suited us for getting into London from Gatwick airport and back again. Our room was a decent size, with a view over the street, bed was very comfortable. Room was spotlessly clean. We paid for the breakfast and thought it excellent value. Food was good, plenty of it, and a good variety. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our luggage in the luggage room after checkout so we could see a bit more of London before heading for our train. Quite a few pubs and restaurants nearby and also the Apollo theatre. Would definitely use the hotel again.

I stayed here in September in room 411. I have stayed here many times over the years and you could definitely tell that the management had changed as the customer service was now very good and they really looked to find solutions to any issues that arose. My room was large enough, clean and most importantly quiet. Its location in Victoria is really central though at the moment there are a lot of homeless near and around Victoria Station so did not always feel safe for a female when it became dark. I would definitely stay here again especially because the staff are very nice and very helpful.

This is a lovely place, I stayed for two nights with my disabled husband who uses a wheelchair. The entrance was a bit tricky with the lift and the small door ways but the staff were lovely. Our disabled room was very spacious but the lift down to the restaurant is not very big and we struggled to get myself and hubby in. My husband cant be left on his own.It was a lovely stay for my husband and I, while my husband attended his hospital appointment and we managed to see a few of the sights. We would go back again and would highly recommend if your not disabled.

This Premier Inn has I believe the best staff I have ever had the privilege of meeting, in particular Mr "Ranga", they are professional and no request is to much trouble. …

They currently seem rather understaffed on reception and the restaurant. I waited over 30 minutes to ask for a menu in the restaurant after being seated, only to wait another lengthy period to order, and again to finally receive my food. My room was spacious, but there seemed to be an issue with damp in the bathroom. The location is fantastic for nearby shops and public transportation links. The food was reasonable, but I won't be staying again due to the slow service and quality of the rooms when there are nicer Premier Inns nearby.

Great food, Ahamed is a great chef and all of the dining staff are really attentive and friendly. Highly recommended 👌 |I had the spicy chicken burger and toffee cheesecake for desert which was mouth wateringly yummy. |The dining area was spotless and everything was tidied away like clockwork.

Had the chance to dine at premier inn and the experience has been exceptionally good. The kind customer assistant ranga was really kind and helpful to our group. I wish him the best in his future ventures and overall we had a great time during our trip there.

This Premier Inn provided both the standard I was looking for and the location was ideal. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff were efficient and friendly and the Breakfast was very good. All at a reasonable price for a London hotel. I would certainly stay in this premier Inn again.

I DO NOT recommend this hotel. It is shabby, unclean, poorly maintained and overpriced. There are other newer hotels in the area that would be far better than the Premier Inn Victoria.I booked Premier Inn Victoria because it is located in walking distance to Victoria train station. Also I have previously stayed in other London Premier Inns which were great. I expected this hotel to be of the same standard but it definitely is not.The lift was noisy and shuddered badly and actually broke down during our stay. Our Premier Plus room was stuffy but the windows could not be opened. The AC helped to circulate the air, however it kept switching off.I was told at check-in that the tea, coffee, etc would be replenished daily, this did not happen. We stayed 5 nights but our towels were never changed. Apparently I should have asked at reception for a room clean to have new towels. There was a walk-in shower with a high step to negotiate when getting in and out and this was difficult (for an older person) with no grab rail to hold for support. On our first night we had dinner in the restaurant, (which had an unpleasant smell). The meal was so disappointing we didn’t eat there again. On a positive note, the location is fine, the bed was comfortable and the gentleman who checked me in was efficient and very pleasant.
