I'm still recovering from my stay at the Grand Airport Ensuites. This place was a complete dump! The room was musty and dirty, with stained floors and peeling paint. The bed was so uncomfortable, I barely slept a wink. The bathroom was even worse - the shower barely worked, and the toilet was constantly clogged.The staff were rude and unhelpful. When I complained about the state of the room, they just shrugged their shoulders and said it was "normal." I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!My experience was appalling. Arrived to a random house. No checkin instructions until I WHATSAPPED my passport! We are two young girls at 10pm had no other choice. Met another couple experiencing the same issues. When we got in. Looked nothing like the pictures. Marks and handprints all over the walls. Was disgusting. Don’t think the sheets were clean. Sink was broken. Tissue was shoved in holes in the building. Could hear people yelling and banging. We complained and got told that the decor differs each season. But the room was under standard completely regardless of whether the decor altered? Nothing alike at all. Not even the shared spaces. Complained again. Had staff come check the place out. Got told it was just “wear and tear”. So we wet some towel and managed to wipe off the “wear and tear”. Handprints and graffiti are not wear and tear. And begs the question; if they couldn’t even clean the massive handprints off the walls. What else didn’t they clean? It was so awful and the service we got was so awful that we ended up booking somewhere else and leaving. I am appalled. And disgusted. No help from staff. Booking.com can’t get our money back no matter how hard they tried. An absolute trap.

Upon arrival this place was a dump and this "suite" is a scam. The floors are growing what I believe is mold, the floors are falling apart, the sheets are dirty, and I'm fairly certain the doors have previously been kicked in. This is not a hotel and looks nothing like the photos in the ads. It feels extremely unsafe and I got out of there immediately. Asking for a refund is a waste of time, as they just tell you there was no communication, even when you send screenshots. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere you know you will be safe.

AVOID THIS PLACE!! If I could give minus stars I would. This place is an absolute disgrace. The washing machine and dishwasher were broken, the microwave was missing, kettle so thick with limescale we couldn't even make a cuppa. And that's just the kitchen. Room 1 had dried bogeys on the curtain, absolutely disgusting. The bathroom 'door' was actually 2 halves of doors screwed together. The whole place was dirty, with broken and cracked things everywhere. The heating was left on full and when we tried to turn the radiator down in room 6, the whole knob turned. On asking the host Robin Door for help, they gave me the same instructions, then told me to turn it to 6 - full heat! We ended up turning the heating off at the boiler otherwise my 2 year old grandson would have been scalded by it. In room 5 and 6 there are raised lips on the floor going into the bathroom - my grandson tripped and banged his head on the toilet basin, these need high viz tape on them. Floors were stained with urine, it was awful. We booked it for it's close proximity to the airport, had we needed more than one night we'd have found somewhere else. The place changes names too - when I found it on AirBnB it was listed as Harmondsworth 6 bed, 6 bath entire house. It's actually 6 rooms all with their own keypad so if you don't book all 6 rooms, you'll be sharing with random people! AirBnB were no help either, as I didn't raise the issue until we got home and it wasn't within their policy time frame.

It's was a nice stay ,there's door codes to get in the place and your room , so there is no keys to lose...it was a bedroom with all the basics and since it's in a house , there is a shared kitchen and a sofa, also there is a store and 3 places to eat near by , I would recommend this place for what it is

We had to move out from the room. We could not sleep in the bed. It was no mattress, only a box spring and you could feel the coil springs poking your body. It was horrible. No sleep at all. We had to go to another hotel down the street so we can get some sleep as we had over 15 hours flight the next morning. The name of the guest house doesn't represent the name it says it is. "Great Airport Sleep" it should be "No Airport Sleep". We wasted our money and spent additional money on another hotel. Do not book this place. It was a dump. It was a crazy check in process too. The address wasn't correct either from the original booking.

While their customer service is decent and its super close to the airport, after re-booking this place I instantly remembered why it wasnt top on my list when we arrived. The house and rooms itself are pretty shabby, terrible kitchen ware (we booked the place b/c of the full kitchen). The only new things were items we had bought ourselves a year ago and left for the community to use!! Whoever is maintaining the house is literally doing the bare minimum. Staff is friendly and the office was quicker to respond this time, but they did not make it comfortable or easy for someone coming from overseas. We wont forget to NOT book this place again.

⛔⛔⛔⛔NO HOT WATER & SKYLIGHT LEAKED OVER MY CLOTHES! 🚫♨️💦🤬😡😱NO RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT, COULDN'T GET HOLD OF THEM IN THE MORNING WHEN THIS WAS HAPPENING. NO OFFER OF COMPENSATION. AVOID THIS PLACE. 🛑⛔🚫Slept really well, but then the morning was a nightmare! 😱I'd left my clothes ready for my 23 hour Australian flight on the toilet seat, ready to jump into the shower when I woke up at 6am, only to find that the skylight was leaking and all my travel cothes were soaking wet! 😡 This has also affected my luggage weight!I then jumped into the shower to find there was no hot water! 🤬I am furious - this is the worst place I've stayed in on the UK!(I already told the girl last night when I helped another guest get into their room that I had to repair the shower door when I arrived.)There was also no plug in the sink and only ½ the lights are functioning in the bathroom...I review/leave feedback in many places, but this is the first time I've ever flamed somewhere.🚫 DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. 😡🚫

Eventually turned up at the address and saw and abandoned Crack den and looked nothing like the photos advertised. I genuinely feared for my safety and paid again for somewhere else. Contacted property and was told doesn't matter u have paid and no refunds. Be aware this place is not worth it even if it was free.

The only good thing is its near Heathrow so if you are flying its close or else DONT STAY HERE Broken Toliet, Dirty beds bad service and more. This is not a "Grand Suites" place like dont stay here.
