My boyfriend and I recently stayed at this lovely hotel for three nights to explore London. The location was fantastic, with Earl's Court station and bus stops just a short walk away, making it easy to get around. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our room had been freshly renovated and looked wonderful. It had everything we needed, making our stay comfortable. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free, and the reception was occupied 24/7, which was very convenient. All the hotel staff were very friendly! On Sunday morning, we even had a delightful chat with the two ladies preparing breakfast. The breakfast buffet was both appealing and tasty, adding to the overall positive experience. We recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing experience at Twenty Nevern Square Hotel. The hotel is situated in a tranquil, stylish, and welcoming environment. I had the pleasure of attending an event in the conservatory, which was beautifully decorated with a vibrant and classy ambiance. The hosts and staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the experience truly memorable.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in this hotel and did not have the best experience. During check in process we had to provide the card that we paid with for the booking, as we did not have the physical card because it was paid online we had to pay for the room again using a different card and then had to get a refund with took days to come back into our account leaving us low on money for the rest of our trip. During this process the receptionist was very rude and aggressive towards us, other guests had also experienced the same reception/issues. After this we got to our room and could see it was definitely not 4 stars this includes the rest of the hotel, bed felt like it was on the verge of breaking. I would strongly not recommend this hotel.

Delightful hotel in a terrific location! Our room, the Ottoman Suite, was beautiful and spacious, with unique decor, a high ceiling, three tall windows overlooking the park, and a pristine modern bathroom. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was more than we expected -- plenty of tasty offerings, well presented. The Earl's Court tube station around the corner made it easy to get anywhere in London. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a lovely weekend in London while attending The Lost Estate. The hotel was perfect, very clean throughout. Our room had it’s own staircase access and although compact, had everything we could need. …

The staff in the hotel were very welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay.|We expected the Deluxe double room to be larger, it was more of a single room with a double bed in the centre of the room on an angle to fit. …

Damage deposits of £100 (debit) or a 1p preauthorisation on a credit card, needing to show photo ID and have them photocopy it. |Upon arrival we were taken to a "courtyard" recently refurbished "deluxe double". …

We stayed here for 3 nights on our recent Wimbledon trip. Location was great. Rooms spotless and well appointed. The only slight negatives - the coffee was from a pump action flask and wasn't the best. We also had a short wait for a table at breakfast one morning. Otherwise all good.

We had a small double room on the fourth floor- there is a lift. It was small but had all we needed, hairdryer, tv, tea making equipment, a/c and the bathroom was gorgeous with shiny black tiles. …

Lovely rooms, super comfy bed, effective aircon (we stayed on a hot evening), really quiet at night, nice continental breakfast in the morning. Very pleasantly surprised, will come back.||It was our anniversary and the staff left balloons and hearts in the room for us.
