Unacceptable! It is very dirty, a lot of the furniture is broken. It smells very bad. The house is in a terrible state. The water in the kitchen doesn't work, the bathroom door doesn't close, there are smears everywhere. …

This place is a health hazard and has to be shut down. My body itches all over and I’ve never experienced living conditions like this before.Let me start this tale from the beginning and hopefully this review (amongst other reviews) helps hopeful travellers with a lust for life to avoid this place. We stayed for 2 nights - nobody was there when we went to collect keys even though we had arranged in advance and I had phoned an hour in advice to confirm time to pick up keys. I contacted the host several on the number provided, he did not answer and when he eventually did, he said his associate would be at the property to let us in. My partner and I walk to the property, there was no doorbell, we knocked on the door - nothing. We phoned the host - nothing. We phoned their separate hotel number and someone answered to let us know that the associate was at the property and I advised him we were outside the front door and there was no one there ???? I was put on hold several times (I think they were contacting their colleague to make them open the door ?!) and were greeted by Amrit, who was rather kind, and collected our keys. Upon entering the building I was in shock. The entry way looked dark and dingy. The paint on the wall was chipped and the place looked dark and dirty. We were on the first floor during our stay. Walking up the stairs was a health hazard as the walls and steps were so narrow.BedroomWe put the key in the door and almost cried. The place was filthy. There were stains EVERYWHERE. The window was being held open by a block of wood. The bed was broken and was being held up by blocks of wood. The metal frame was jotting out in places and cut us every time we walked past the bed. The floors were dirty. There was a used tissue in the drawers. Cleanliness is clearly a foreign concept to the host. The room is at an angle ?? The wardrobe was not held up straight against the wall and we noticed something under the wardrobe to allow it to stay upright. the tv didn’t work. The fan didn’t work. We couldn’t shut the windows to block out the noise outside because the window was being help open by a block of wood and we were too scared of catching something.Bathrooms and toiletsTo define these areas as filthy would be too generous. These areas were DIABOLICAL and violated all five senses. There was dirt, stains, mould, and grime everywhere. The shower was covered in some kind of mould and grime and thinking about it makes me want to cry again. I was forced to go to Paddington station to use their faculties and on my return I found a nice couple standing outside the flat waiting for someone to let them in. They also were told to arrive at a certain time to collect keys and no one was there to let them in. I felt it was my duty to warn them of the conditions and I saw their hopeful smiles quickly turn into fearful frowns. I heard a scream a few hours later outside my room and I assume it was them after seeing the state of the building. I didn’t see them after that and I can only assume they decided to find alternative accommodation fit for habitation by human beings.Anyway, I’m too drained from the experience to recall the nightmare any further. The entire experience felt like we were being tortured in one of Jigsaw’s torture games and I was expecting someone to say “I want to play a game” at any moment.0/infinity I don’t recommend.

Here's a scathing review based on your experience:---**WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER – DO NOT STAY HERE**If you're considering staying at this hotel, **DON'T**. This place is an absolute nightmare. Upon entering our room, we were horrified to find it in complete disarray. The ceiling was literally falling apart, dirt and dust covered the counters, and the entire place reeked of neglect. The bathroom was even worse. It was caked in grime, and we found multiple spiders crawling around – an infestation, not just the odd one here and there. Clearly, cleanliness is a foreign concept to this establishment. But the nightmare didn’t end there. When we arrived, no one was even at the hotel to check us in. We had to walk over **two miles** to another hotel that supposedly owns the flats, just to get our key. When we finally got there, we were greeted by Fahaw, who was shockingly rude and dismissive. She had the audacity to blame us for not calling, despite us having called multiple times to both numbers provided, with no response. To top it all off, the hotel advertised free WiFi, but when we tried to connect, we discovered they hadn’t even paid their WiFi bill! The service had been cut off, leaving us completely stranded without internet access. Not to mention the broken fire alarm that beeped all night and the smell that would seem to belong to a portal potty. Gross. To all backpackers, travelers, or anyone looking for a quick stay: **STAY AWAY** from this place. It’s filthy, poorly managed, and the customer service is non-existent. Do yourself a favor and choose literally anywhere else. This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. **One star is generous.**

You don’t want to go there. A dirty, smelly, health hazard. Won’t even post pictures. Opened the door and left straight away.Unfortunately there is no zero stars to put on this miserable place.

The price is nice for Paddington but the appliances in the room need replacement and the bathroom needs to be renovated.

Probably the worst place I will ever stay in my life.Where to begin, the mushrooms growing in the bathroom, a mattress that was just springs, the smell of smoke in our room, a window that would not open properly or secure for that matter. The bed was nicely made but the bedroom not clean (rubbish under the bed and not vaccumed).Location was good, but that was it. Prepare to feel dirty for your entire stay.

The worst place I've stayed, very dirty, the bad smell. Am not a fussy person, but this is the worst place I would not even let my dog stay there.... horrible. The heating was stuck on full, and no one answered my call or message, so I had to sort it out myself ! Lucky am plumber..The smell is outrageous and stains everywhere. The bed was on a slope, so it feels like you will fall off a night.. mattress with springs hitting your back.If you choose to stay there.. please bring your own gloves and toilet seat, and make sure you have all of your vaccination up to date

DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely disgusting! We were supposed to stay 4 nights but only lasted one (only got there at midnight otherwise we would have changed). I am used to hostels and cheap places but this is just super dirty - stains everywhere, bad smell and the list goes on. I let them know about all of this and all they said was ‘where did you leave the key’.

Never ever ever in my whole life have I witnessed a hole like this. My partner and I were staying in London for couple of days, somewhere that wasn’t too extortionate. …
