Is it a 5 star hotel? No. Does it deserve 5 stars for the price? Absolutely! Staff are so friendly and helpful. The room is small but very clean. Bed is a bit on the harder side for my liking but still got a great sleep. Stayed on the 4th floor and there was very little passing noise which is impressive for the location. I’d easily recommend someone to stay here whilst visiting London and will use again when working double shifts. For £50 honestly very little to moan about.

Superb find - so convenient! The location is exceptional and the cost so much more affordable than many other London options. We were able to store our luggage after check out time, and then walk to the tube which took us straight to Heathrow. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect for a 1 to 2 night stay. Really clean and well presented with a lovely welcome on my arrival. ||Great location to see some friends and theatre shows too so for me it was perfect. ||Was able to check in a bit earlier than listed too which was nice.

This is a very resonably priced hotel in a great neighborhood. No lobby but secure luggage storage. The staff was pleasant and efficient but not inclined to give out tourist advice.  …

It was so nice to leave a theatre show and not have to worry about rushing to catch a train. You are right in the heart of Covent Garden by Seven Dials/Shaftesbury Avenue so slap bang in the middle of theatreland.  …

It's a basic hotel with a great price point for its location in London and is certainly on my go to list for hotels now. …

We stayed for one night and paid £150 for a room that was advertised as an annex. When it was actually a room on a second floor of a building with a steep staircase ( not advertised) or we wouldn't have booked due to disability issues. The bathroom was unusable as it was far too small, and the shower was dirty. It definitely wasn't worth the money. The location couldn't be faulted for the purpose of our stay and how close to the theatre. However, when leaving this morning, the handrail came away from the wall on the staircase, which almost caused a serious accident. The room is in need of some serious TLC and upkeep.
