This is a dirty and vile hotel. Towels are dirty and stink and there is strange stains all over the room. It looked like someone had shat down the wall. My bed also had a strange yellow stain. We stayed out drinking as late as we could to avoid going back to the room. Was not pleasant at all. Avoid at all costs.

Who decided that this hotel was a 2*, I wouldn't give it 1*.Dull, dark, some sort of odour in the air, neighbour rough, 3am rave with the neighbours in the flats......not much sleep.Worried whether the car was still gonna have wheels on it or whether it was gonna get knicked?Bedroom was small that you couldn't swing a cat in it....hubby and me were walking into each other getting to the bathroom.Just felt grubby after sleeping here.Don't book this expensive bed as there are no facilities locally for food or a pub!!!!!

Old building. Smells of weed in the alley. Noisy outside the hotel. Surrounded by council buildings. Parking is not safe. I stayed for 10 minutes then I vacated the room. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Run by an Indian chap who's got to be a fully swastika'd up diabolist.Unfit for animals. A sleeping bag in a shop doorway would be safer and more comfortable. Lucky for him the public health inspectors have been cut by the Tories or this place would be condemned tomorrow. Beds never changed, sheets never washed and come with armies of bedbugs. It has to be said no leeches were found in the sink or shower.Don't even be tempted to THINK about staying here.

I was not at all impressed with this hotel in the least. It was only booked at the last minute because the hotel I wanted was fully booked. Firstly, there was no reception or friendly greeting. I had to ring the doorbell and speak through the doorbell camera. I was told to hang on a bit. I was left standing on the doorstep wondering what next. I was lucky that someone who was occupying and was known to then person I spoke to came by who helped me to get in and provided me with the key to my room. I was not at all impressed with the room. I had booked a twin room but was given a family room where there were two separate doors to enter as there was a partition between the single and double room. You also had to push the door very hard to enter as the lock was jammed. The room was clearly in need of a good deep clean. There was a small kitchenette area - the cupboards and worktop hadn’t been cleaned in ages. There were no bins for rubbish anywhere. There was a double and single bed. I slept on the single bed which had hairs on the sheet. I had to give it a proper dusting off. The room was full of dust and crumbs on the chairs, table and furniture. The curtains were crushed up and in need of straightening out. The back door was left open - I was on the ground floor. When I tried to call reception there was no answer. Then I got a call from a mobile number from somebody who claimed to work there. When I mentioned the back door was open, he said it was okay because no-one could open the door from outside. However, I did not feel safe and asked why the door wasn’t locked from the inside. He said somebody must have forgotten to lock the door. He said I was safe. I had to put a chair in front of the door for extra security. The walls were very thin and damaged in places. I was unable to sleep as the person next door was snoring throughout the night which disturbed me. The laminate floor was dirty and sticky. I found a chicken bone on the floor. The only good thing was the central heating which was working properly and provided warmth. I only spent one night but I was not comfortable at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It seemed more like a bed and breakfast set up for homeless people. The location did not seem at all safe. It was in the middle of a big council estate. 👎
