Avoid at all cost. The hotel has a horrible smell that is not just moldy but smells like dead rat or something. The bedroom is in such a poor condition. The sheets are definitely not cleaned because I saw body hair on the bed sheet. The bed is very itchy and I suspect that it has bedbugs. I have no choice but to leave immediately after staying in the bed for 30 mins.

Arrived at the hotel at the specified time and there was nobody present to let us into the building, let alone check us in. When I did gain entry to the building via a propped open back door, there was nobody to be found anywhere, just a horde of dead flies within a building map. The brief walk up the stairs to find anyone resulted in being hit with such a strong smell of weed that could stun a small child, not to mention the horrendous state of the place. After meeting two guests who couldn't offer any information as to the whereabouts of any staff members, we were frustratingly forced to leave and book alternative accommodation as we physically were unable to even access the room after a solid 20 to 30 minutes.Seriously, my standards are pretty low for hotels and I'm extremely easily pleased so take this as a warning that this place is really not worth your time, effort or money. Just go anywhere else, this place is absolutely a scam. It's unsafe, insecure and unable to offer the service you pay for.

I'm not picky when it comes to hotels, in fact I'm willing to let most things slide but this hotel is an absolute joke. Firstly we arrived at 3pm. No one to let us in until 2 other people (not staff) let us into the reception. We waited for half an hour before I rang them to which they took another half hour to arrive with what seemed like a personal shoppingbag. After we finally got the room keys we headed upstairs and got hit with the strongest smell of weed but never-ending we assumed it was another guest not the hotels fault but this smell was ther for the entire week. They never made an attemot to sort any bad odours. We got Into our room and first thing we noticed was a large amount of mould and rust, the bathroom was mouldy beyond belief. Hair still in the drains, toilet still had someone else's urine in. The shower curtain pole was brown/orange with rust, closing the door to the bathroom would result in uncontrolled coughing fits. The fridge was unusable due to the mould, rust and an awful smell, the walls were visibly dirty and stained, everythingwas incredibly out dated and rotting. Day 1 we went out to explore london for a bit and we triple checked we locked that door, however whoever cleaned didnt feel the need to lock our door when they left our room, i ended up telling them not to clean it as neither of us wanted to leave the security of our stuff in the hands of staff who clearly do not care. Even though the lock was already dodgy the staff unapologetically blamed us for not locking it. Nevertheless on night 2 a fire alarm went off at 2am waking me and my partner. False alarm but oh well, however the next day we got a knock on our door with an extremely young looking staff member in a very accusing tone telling us we can't smoke in the room. Even after telling her neither of us smoked or vaped she didn't believe us (but sure ignore the weed smell throughout the hotel) i told her she can search our stuff but she couldnt care less about checking if we had cigarettes or vapes. We rarely saw any hotel staff but when we did they were lounging around in pyjamas and would much rather ignore guests than do there actual job. The staff clearly don't care about guests as nearly every day we saw people outside or by reception waiting for someone to check then in. Not to mention to check out they just want you to leave the key by a unattended desk where anyone can see and take it. We booked based on photos online but THE PHOTOS ONLINE ARE NOT THE SAME HOTEL. This hotel needs major renovations or needs to be shut down as its a hazard. If me and my partner had to money to book anywhere else last minute we certainly would have left day 1. The photos attached are just a few examples of how uncared for the hotel is

The linen was at least clean. Can't say that for the rest of the place. It's a handy.place to rest your head but that's it. Carpets coming off the stairs. Dust bunnies everywhere and bathroom tiles need a good scrub. Cheap not cheerful. But then for £80 a night it served a purpose

I feel awful leaving an overall 1* but I really can't see how I could put anything higher. This is based on the cleanliness of the hotel, it is really really dirty and unkempt. It's such a shame as the hotel has great potential. It's in an ideal location to get to Wembley Stadium which is only a 20ish minute taxi ride away which cost £15 there and £26 back in peak time. They appear to want to be a welcoming hotel as some toiletries were left on the bed. Thankfully we stayed in a room where the bathroom had been retiled and looked nice so they definitely seem to want to improve. It's just the rest of the place needs some urgent TLC. Cleaning just doesn't appear to be part of the agenda for the hotel. The skirting boards were covering in thick sticky grime and dust gathering on top. The curtains were half hanging off and had large yellow stains on the lining. The walls were really grubby. The carpet was threadbare and I've no idea when it was last hoovered. Unfortunately this wasn't just reserved for the bedrooms and the grime and bad walls and carpets are also in the corridors too. On the stairs some of the carpets had tracks with spikes exposed and on show and some didn't have tracks in the doorways so carpets were rolling up. The place also stinks of weed which you could smell as soon as you entered and appeared to be everywhere. The bedding was clean though and so were the towels. The two girls on reception were lovely and helped us in booking a taxi. I do feel awful leaving such a low review but it really is dirty and in need of a good clean and decorate.

Myself and young daughter arrived into this “hotel” yesterday afternoon and within 20minutes we were out the door. The place is disgusting. Mould everywhere in the bedroom. Sheets disgusting. Walls have god knows what marked on them. …

AWEFULThe hotel was much worst than expected. The state of the hotel is super bad (nothing has been changed since 50 years ago), it looks old and rusty and dirty and it really is dirty. The service is almost as bad. What bothered us most is the nasty state of things and the obvious dirtiness. (the covers under the sheets are full of old blood stains, yellow stains, my mom even found dried vomit, really nasty)
