Our stay here was terrible!|Everywhere was mold, especially in the bathroom and shower. Next to the toilet were foreign hair, we assume they're from the intimate area. In the bathroom was trash from the previous guests. …

Very basic accommodation, quite shabby, but... if the basics were ok I'd have been ok with that. Window didn't have curtains, just vertical blinds, however three of the slats were missing so light streamed in at sunrise. …

Stayed there over the weekend, never again, the windows were thick with years of dust, they didn’t shut properly so heard everything, the walls were filthy with grime and the Bathroom, well I was afraid I would catch something from the dirty disgusting shower, which again was filthy and hadn’t been cleaned for what I would think was a long time as the tiles and shower door were covered what I could only call in pink slime. The sink had no plug so I couldn’t even was myself. Hotel offered food but with the state of the room I would be afraid of what the kitchen looked like to order food seeing the state of the room and hallways. Take my advice the pictures don’t show the true state of this hotel and I would stay away from it.

We booked this hotel for a 2 night stay whilst in London for a concert. The location is fantastic, only like a 10 min walk from Earls Court tube stn, and with plenty bars and restaurants around and about. …

the location of this hotel is fantastic and the staff are friendly. however, the absolute state of the rooms is abysmal. i stayed here for a couple of nights with a friend and we both refused to shower the whole time, instead opting to wash ourselves with flannels and soap, due to the level of filth in the bathroom. the mould build up in the bathroom, particularly the shower, is genuinely hazardous to health - with an accumulation of both black and pink mould that is indicative of a lack of proper cleaning (if any) for a VERY long period of time. if we were to have used that shower, we would have left dirtier than when we entered, and although we slept with the window open and bathroom extractor fan on (albeit it was caked with dust, so i doubt it functioned anyway), we still awoke groggy and congested each morning from the mould. despite the other facilities including the beds seeming to be up to the standard that you would expect given the lower price, the decrepit nature of the bathroom leaves the general cleanliness of the whole facility up to question. definitely avoid staying here unless you somehow happen to be an avid fan of suffering from mould poisoning, or a history nerd interested in recreating Chernobyl in the modern day.

For the price you pay, the bedroom is as expected. Nice beds, not too hard or soft with enough room and two (somewhat hard) pillows. Booked for two single beds but ended up with three single beds. Sufficient space in the rooms. Only stayed for 2 nights but would say there is sufficient storage space. Comes with kettle, teabags and coffee (as well as sugar and other small amenitites). The bathroom, on the contrary is a genuine biohazard. Although shower, toilet (ignoring the toilet seat which didn’t quite go all the way up) and sink are what you’d expect for what you pay, this however EXCLUDES the heinous mould build up found within the shower. Initially as you enter the bathroom, mould can be seen around the top edges of the bathroom walls, cause for minor concern considering you’re not staying for long, but along the bathroom tiles situated within the shower there is a level of mould build up (an amalgamation of both black and pink) which can only be caused by complete and utter neglect. If I were to step foot into the shower, I’d end up being more dirty than when I initially stepped in. A small fan is situated within the bathroom as there is no window, which would prove useful against the mould if it wasn’t covered in dust dating back to the Victorian era. A small leak coming in from above the bathroom mirror no doubt enhanced the growth of the mould. The window was kept open all night (which wasn’t an issue regarding noise as the area was quite quiet) to lessen mould spores inhalation yet the mornings I stayed there I awoke feeling groggy with heavy eyes and a blocked nose (no doubt due to inhaling the mould and dust which lingered within the air). From the utter lack of cleaning on the shower tiles, it makes you begin to question whether the rooms have ever had a deep clean or just a surface level clean enough to appease guests. The mould build up has clearly been going on for a prolonged period of time, with no attempts to remove it.If you’re looking for a trip to a biohazardous wasteland I genuinely do not know if the mould riddled bathroom or Chernobyl would be a better suggestion.

The room was tilted to one side so the bed always rolls over to the other side of the room even when we sleep. There were bugs on the bed which we didn't notice but woke up itchy. The curtains were damaged. Mould on the wall. Bathroom was horrible and toilets weren't all working. Not worth the money even if it is cheap.

Amazing service. I paid just £40 for a private room and shared bathroom (I’ve paid around £50 before for a 12 bed dorm in a London hostel!), and the receptionist upgraded me to a triple room with a private bathroom - at no extra cost. This completely made my day, and it was a lovely, quiet room. Would recommend!
