I stay here frequently. Great hotel, with very comfortable rooms whichever size. Some have a bath as well as a shower. Very good breakfast. …

Stayed in room 304. Room was very clean were it needed to be but the carpets need to be stripped out and replaced as full of stains which really lets the room down. …

We booked this hotel as it was the only hotel that would allow us to book over a year in advance for the Taylor Swift show at Wembley. Was it cheap? No. Was it convenient? Yes. …

We had a suite room, the rooms look nice and the bed was comfortable. The room was very expensive on an event night, the parking was double what advertised (£30 a night) and there are only 7 spaces by the bins at the back of the hotel, but …

I have been to this hotel probably over ten times either booked directly by myself or family etc. I probably would never go again as I do know that hotels can do things to act flexibly when there is a need to. I couldn't attend my booking due to an emergency which is obviously unforeseeable! I called over 24hrs prior to check in to see if I could reschedule, I wasn't expecting a refund. I was told by the receptionist to call back at 9am the day of my booking so I could speak to the manager. I did and was told they can't do anything. So my money went to wasteThis is completely absurd and they have lost a loyal longstanding customer.

I had a wonderful experience here.I had to leave another booking at around 2am after an issue, my partner and I were stranded in Wembley. We tried a few local hotels but non had any room due to a concert at the OVO Arena. When arriving at St Georges, the gentleman on the reception desk turned over a room so we would have somewhere to stay and offered us a reduced price as the room had been used. This was such a kindness and such wonderful customer service in a difficult situation. The room was lovely, very spacious and nicely decorated. However, this review is mostly to do with the incredible customer service we recieved.

Stayed after a gig at Wembley last week so the price for the night was huge- £425!- and it was not worth this at all!On arrival you have to pay a £50 damage fee which is supposedly returned after 3-5days if no damage is found. This was not mentioned in any of the booking confirmations prior to arrival so it was a shock. Considering the price of the room and the state of the room this is laughable to say the least. At time of writing this review 1 week after staying there my husband had not yet received this back. The room was dirty, had stains all over it and was in need of fixing- the carpet smelt bad and had various stains on it including one which looked like a skid mark, there were some lovely white spray marks on the curtains and there was a brown substance on the light switch by the bed. The trim under the fridge was broken so the chipboard was exposed and sharp and the fridge door itself was also hanging off.The first floor corridor on which we were staying smelt of damp and had 3 holes in the ceiling that had damp patches round them- 1 of these holes was above our door and the carpet underneath was also wet and damaged. This hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel and I can only assume that that was from 20years ago (or whenever it opened) and likely was a lot nicer than it is now. It has clearly not been maintained since then and cleaning of it would be minimal at best. The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to Wembley for events.

I booked a room for one night, expecting a comfortable and pleasant experience. Unfortunately, my stay was far from satisfactory due to several serious issues that I encountered upon arrival. After checking in, we immediately checked out upon seeing the room due to the following issues:1.    Health and Safety Concerns: I experienced an electric shock when I attempted to turn on the desk light in the room. This is a severe safety hazard and could have resulted in serious injury.2.    Building Maintenance Issues: The room had leaking marks on the ceiling, indicating a potential ongoing water damage issue that could compromise the structural integrity of the building.3.    Poor Cleaning Standards: The cleanliness of the room was appalling. There was dust everywhere, mould in the sink, and significant mould and limescale buildup in the shower cubicle. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable and does not meet basic hygiene standards.4.    Non-functional Amenities: The mini fridge in the room was not working, which was an inconvenience as I needed to store some perishable items. These issues collectively made the room uninhabitable and raised serious concerns about the management and upkeep of your property. I am deeply disappointed and believe that such conditions are unacceptable for any hotel, particularly one that I chose based on positive reviews and a good reputation.

1. The location of this hotel is excellent, very close to Wembley station.2. We only had a one night stay, but the receptionist took £50 as a damage deposit when we checked in and he said you'd get it back as soon as you check out. It was very annoying and we have never faced this kind of issue before.3. Room was ok but the carpets was dirty and some of the furniture was broken.
