i stayed at this hotel in september in room 108. i just wanted to sleep alone for one night in a warm bed that was clean and enjoy a hot shower. I was looking for something functional, luxury and extras don't interest me. The main thing was cheap.Short summary:- Room stinks and is freezing cold because the window is open.- Black mould on the walls in the bedroom and bathroom. I'm sure it's healthy.- Noise from outside as well as inside is very loud. You can hear EVERYTHING.- As I was there from Sunday to Monday, the neighbouring restaurant was fortunately not busy, but if there had been people there, you could even have heard them smacking their lips. It's that noisy.- The heating seriously only works from 9am - 11.30am. After that and before you can freeze. VERY NICE! THANK YOU.- Reception is hardly manned and when it is, the lady is everywhere in the house, just not at reception. But I can understand that, as she seems to be responsible for everything. Housekeeping, security, car park attendant, handyman, cleaner etc. 100 in 1, so to speak.-Mattress much too soft.-Water in the shower hardly drains at all. That means you stand ankle-deep in the used water. Disgusting. The only positive thing:- The bed, towels and kettle were clean. I didn't look under the sheets, but it was superficially clean. Therefore I give a well-intentioned 2 stars. I was able to sleep well because there was nothing going on, but be sure that if someone in the next room even does something at room volume, you will hear it. So it's a matter of luck if you can sleep because of the paper walls and thin doors and massive gaps under the doors.

OK it's only my first couple of hours here, and I've been placed in a room very close to the restaurant. The guest in the restaurant are extremely loud and I'm starting to think that I'm not getting any sleep soon. However it's only 21:12. The bathroom is very outdated and I'm seeing rust on the white radiator. I'll update and review my rating in the morning depending on how well I sleep and the noise outside my room....... Update, yea i didn't sleep at all, there was noise all through the night and found out the smoking area is right outside my window.

Two guests, one towel. Went to get another and reception was closed until 9am. I was told only water to use for coffee was tap from and dilapidated hotel room the size of my closet back home. Ceiling has patchwork like someone fell through from the floor above. Zero shampoo. Bath gel yes. Remote for the 10" TV did not even match the TV. Stained carpet everywhere. No temperature control with two windows opened upon entry. Smells a bit strange as well. Light in bathroom did not work and door would barely close. How does this place pass inspection? Does London even have inpections after experiencing this? If management offers a refund, I will remove this review.

I WILL AVOID THIS PLACE IN FUTURE. This "hotel " is very close to Heathrow Airport and is in the ULEZ zone. Rooms are terribly repaired. There are patches on carpet, cealing and walls. Smell of sewage in corridor. Rooms are nothing like on the website. Toilet wasn't fixed to the floor, and the shower was disgusting to me. Staff were making noise until midnight by moving things in the corridor and bins outside. Worst place I stayed in my 17 years of flying. NEVER AGAIN.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! If there was a minus 5 star this place would get it. We booked it through Priceline and the photo of the room was totally misleading. When we checked in the condition of the room was absolutely appalling. There was what looked like a giant blood stain or something on the floor. The bed was more uncomfortable than laying on the floor. We asked for our money back and I explained that there was mold under the mattress and there were stains and filth on everything and they refused to give us a refund. This place is a scam. We left because no one in their right mind would stay there. It looks like a crack house.

very very important thing 🙏🙏It is a very dangerous place for children, you should not take children here because there is no door safety where a child can open the door and go to the main road. …

For the price and just an overnight stay it's OK but I wouldn't stay there again. Beware of bugs... I found 2 cockroaches in my room but there was no one at reception to report to as reception is not manned from 12am - 9am.||Make your own judgement but no from me.

SK. Hotel is bloody froud and joke for the names of hotels and suite||The worst hotel in our life, but to call it a hotel is an insult to the hotel. We had booked our suite from Denmark. …

This hotel looks good from the photos but is false advertising. There was what looked like blood stains all over the carpet and wall. Mold under the most uncomfortable mattress the world has ever known. All this coming from a touring punk rock musician who has spent most of my adult life sleeping on peoples floors and living in squat houses. This should be 30P a night at most. Stay here only if you want to shoot up and nod off. When I brought the unsavory conditions up to the gentleman at the front desk he refused to refund me.

We had the most unfortunate bad luck at ending up at this place, due to a flight cancellation, trying to find a last minute reservation wasn’t easy. …
