Room was clean and comfortable, staff were very helpful, location handy for all transport links. Small issue with key card not working, but overall very happy with our stay and recommend. Make sure if you're paying for the car park during the day that you pay between 9.00am and 9.10am using options indicated on the car park sign.

At the end of high street, so very close to shops and also very close to transport to Central London. Basic facilities, well, well, well, it is a budget hotel but clean and comfortable. Happy with the service, especially Tolu and Tulasi were awesome.

Everything about this hotel was the most basic you can get. At the end of the high street, area little sketchy at night. The lobby resembles a canteen. Some unusual characters hanging in the lobby during our stay. …

First of all: Be advised that this is a budget hotel, considering the price you pay, you can not expect excellent service and/or rooms.Upon arrival, the reception staff was not friendly at all. The security guard was hanging out on the receptionist her desk, siting on her seat. There was a weird conversation between them, then he left and the receptionist checked us in, in seconds. Did not tell us where the room was located (found out ourselves, since we had to park, it was in a seperate building across the parking lot).Rooms: Not clean, bloodstains in the sheets, some hairs in the bathroom, weird pink stains on the sink, stains in the shower curtain, large burn mark in the desk (from smoking I guess).I am not sure if it is a company thing, but there was also no phone in the room. Never seen that across the world, but then again: It might be a company strategy to save costs on wiring and maintenance. We wanted to have dinner at the hotel, because we did not wanna go out. When arrived in the ‘restaurant’, there was no staff at all. We thought because it is a budget hotel, we might needed to order at the bar (same room) so stood there for 20 minutes, together with several other guests. Nobody present. Even the security guard we saw earlier, vanished. After 20 minutes we decided to go to some place else to eat.Location: Parking lot looks a little creepy, but there are lots of shops and restaurants very close by. There is a supermarket just around the corner, so that is great. When checking out the next day, the reception staff was very friendly.Overall: 1Considering it is a budget hotel, I would say a 3, but the ‘dinner situation’ as I’d like to call it, was really a no-go.

Hotel was fine until at 4am, someone managed to access my room despite having the locking bolt on and a do-not-disturb sign out. This obviously woke me when they walked in and turned my lights on. …

Room wasn’t clean at all. Not very friendly staff and the car park is run by thieves! Use to be done electronically but not on a piece of paper which is worthless! Do not trust what it says on the tariff board and the app conveniently doesn’t work when you need it too. Avoid at all costs!!!!
