Booked this hotel for my friends to stay at after a concert. Hotel is a good distance away from underground. Only a 4 minute ride on tube to Wembley Park where we went for the concert. Able to request early check in as well. …

In this hotel, you definitely get what you paid for. I paid just £60 for a night - and it showed!! Bedding was clean on top of mismatched divan beds and stained headboards. …

Man this place is just... Something else.. I know a lot of it is just minor inconveniences like no USB charging, tiny bathroom, tiny TV, unopenable windows, but some of the stuff is big, and straight up misleading. A single sofa sleeper, only good for one person plus a 2 person bed, couldn't fit the family of four like it said. Also no air conditioning, we did special research to ensure that it had AC.. The rooms were very low tech, and felt very unsafe. No clue if the service was good since we pretty much just checked in and that was about it.Nonetheless it seems like we got pretty lucky, I've seen the reviews, and there are some horrible rooms. Plus they got photos and videos. One guy even found a honey trap scheme with the room number and a name to back it up. Man I've had worse, but that doesnt stop this place from being pretty terrible.

Kingsland is the most clean, comfortable, cost effect hotel for a 3 star hotel! We had a very peaceful night and would definitely stay there again! It's located close to shops and restaurants - in walking distance. The staff are professional and friendly. Parking available on site. An economical, hotel gem!!|Jenny and Durvan

Hotel looks lovely from far back, but as soon as you get closer you can see this is not what it seems. When we checked at front desk the welcoming wasn't the best. The hotel is a bit outdated and doesn't look like the pictures. When we went into our room well.....it was awful, the double bed was 2x single bed pushed together 1 of the bed was broken. The fridge didn't work, the bathroom was all dirty the sink was full of line scale the shower well...just couldn't shower, it looked like someone had just left that room before us, the picture frame on the wall was bent and the bedside lampshade, it was just a nightmare, we went out that night and when we got back we walked through reception and the manager said where you going to me and my sister in front of 6 other men and told me to tell him the room number in front of them all it was very scary we couldn't sleep all night, people shouting, doors slamming, it was the worst ever!! Don't stay here.

***DISGRACEFUL!***My uncle came from abroad for a funeral, was told he had a room on the 3rd floor but got given a room on the ground floor, went in and the heating was on full blast and had been for some time and even when switched off, remained on and then just got hotter when we tried to turn it down at the radiator to a point ...my uncle had to leave. There was a random jacket in the cupboard. There was toilet tissue in the toilet bowl, the furniture was broken, the floor was disgusting with an iron burn that looked like it had been there for a very long time, the walls were dirty and the hair dryer had collected enough dust at the back that could make you sick ....the night dutybstaff barely acknowledges us when we walked in until they were finished being on there phone, the pictures will tell the rest. The only good thing about that place is that it's located just down the road from the train station, near local bus stops and shops. All for just over £500 for 4 nights!

Too many negative reviews in many social media platforms , but I made my mind strong & stayed in this hotel... I was so happy that I didn't missed an every bucks worth hotel.. My stay was so great . To add a surprise the room was very spacious which is something I never experienced in my entire UK visit. I didnt expect this. The hotel near to Kingsbury Tube station ( Jubilee Line ) & perfect place for vegetarian like me.. So many vegetarian eateries here. The service also was great. They even allowed me to keep my luggage after check - out . Definitely will stay again. Highly recommended...
