Nice hotel, nice rooms, good bar food, bed was a bit firm but got a good sleep. Bar service was good, but one poor bloke on his own trying to keep up. Staff don’t seem to be happy, come off as quite rude. One young lady serving the bar meals seemed more interested in her looks and what makes she could get attention from, asked if we could have some plates for the pizza, she said we don’t do that, and walked off.

Great hotel, fantastic location and very secure parking. Stayed here for work, the staff were fantastic, especially Theo and John, both of whom gave me incredible customer service and were friendly, warm and fantastically helpful the whole weekend. Both of these staff members are fantastic ambassadors for this hotel and company, so thank you Theo and John. Rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was hot, tasty and plentiful! Can’t fault this experience at all.

50/50 on this hotel.Hotel wise on arrival it was clean and tidy and the check in process was seamless, we checked in around half 11 and someone was still there. On entering the room it was clean and tidy so no complaints there, other than the air conditioning unit was making a horrific buzzing sound so that got switched straight off and the window got opened. What we did forget is the hotel is over a flight path so that was a lovely wake up call at 6 in the morning. If I’m honest other than the air conditioning unit buzzing, that was the only downfall of the hotel so don’t let that put you off. Not bad for a budget hotel.

A nice hotel. It has everything you need for a quick trip. My only issue would be that the soundproofing on the room doors needs a bit of work. …

The room is very simple, but it has all you need for a stop over. The bedding is very nice. I slept very well. The TV didn't work due to a power outage earlier in the day, which, honestly, I didn't mind as I had my phone. The staff were friendly. We are visiting the ExCel which is a stones throw away so perfect location.

Stayed for a concert in the O2 Arena. Great hotel with nice decor. Our room wasn't ready but Sully had everything covered at the bar. Great service and very pleasant!! Will definitely come back and stay again. Lots of places to eat nearby also.

Lovely trip. Second time we’ve stayed here. It’s for a great location for the ExCel centre. Easy access to Custom House tube and DLR.Rooms are clean and tidy with all the amenities you’d expect. Beds are comfy. We were upgraded on this visit which was a lovely surprise. We had a room with an awesome view over the river and cookies provided. A lovely little note addressed personally to me. These aren’t huge things but overall made our stay that bit more memorable. I really appreciate a small touch. The concierge on check in was excellent, helpful, clear and friendly. Check out at midday is later than usual which is really helpful.Just overall a lovely stay at a decent rate ideally located.

Staff can't be bothered to fix their errors. I take regular business trips to London, approx once per month/2 months, so you'd think the hotel would have an interest in retaining my business, but staff are more interested in serving one-time visitors who are likely to spend high on alcohol in the restaurant. The most recent visit, I discovered only once crawling into bed that they'd hid the fact the bed is simply 2 twins pushed together (covered up by the duvet) - as a tall person, had an absolutely awful sleep. I tried to get it sorted the next morning for night 2, and the woman was completely resistant to fixing it, stating that was the room I booked (clearly not - booked correctly directly through AllAccord), this was also despite her colleague pointing out there were available doubles. Moved to a new room which was then void of all amenities the first room had - no coffee maker, no iron, no drinking water, not even a hair dryer! Tried to get a hair dryer in the morning when I realised and was told I'd have to wait until housekeeping started (I.e. after I had to leave for work). The time before, the AC/fan wasn't working, so the room was grossly stuffy - managed to get moved the next day only once maintenance had been able to confirm it wasn't my error.Mattresses used are also one of the most uncomfortable I've ever had at a hotel - like sleeping on the floor.I will go back to booking with other hotels for my monthly trips, as this place is inconsistent and staff can't be bothered to make things right.
