Very compact room, big enough to be functional with no extra space. Stayed 2 nights on a business trip and it was largely fine for that.||Positives: friendly staff at reception, comfortable bed, modern, clean. …

I normally stay at the one in Paddington due to proximity to Heathrow but a last minute delay in flight and Paddington was booked so I came here. Simple, no frills but clean and a nice comfortable bed.  …

Something really strange was going about their software. They cancelled my reservation twice. That was quite weird. I got a payment confirmation from Booking.com, and then in an hour or so, my order was cancelled by the hotel, ostensibly due to a payment issue. And there was enough money on my card.I missed some notifications from the app throughout a busy working day and was at reception at about 10pm just to discover i have no reservation.By that moment, I was a bit exhausted as the hotel was not easy to spot among roadworks and warehouses. The staff on the reception was extremely friendly and very helpful. They found a room for me, my card worked perfectly with them, and all was fine. The rooms are not big, but you will have almost all you may need for a one-night stand. Some beverages are available at reception, and they even supplied me with a decent iron. Many thanks to the reception team again.

Stayed in the hotel before ||Brilliant location ||If you know Wetherspoons in Canary Wharf you are right by it||Loads of building work next door. It looked shuttered up when I arrived.. But it’s not. …

I am amazed. The hotel itself is very modern, it has convenient furniture, rooms get cleaned so often. Crispy clean and fresh room after a cleaning service. Super nice and friendly staff too. Olivia, Diana and other staff girls at the reception (day and night) are very helpful. Grateful for this experience.

The rooms are clean, staff seem friendly and the location is great. As long as you know what you're getting, the rooms are fine. They are very small though but fine if staying alone. No tea and coffee facilities in the room but you can order hot and cold drinks from reception for a fee.

Great reception, very helpful staff as I mentioned in the noteworthy details they are understanding and reasonable. Room was immaculately clean, there was a few hangers and tiny shelves to hang and put your stuff on. I stayed for 2 nights and spent all my time outside and only stayed in the hotel to sleep, which I think is important to mention this is a place to book if all you require is to sleep and shower. I would definitely say they should provide a waterbottle in the room, it's something tiny but definitely would make a big difference. Only complaint is that the walls are quite thin and I could hear people in the corridor and other rooms, but all the guests where quiet and noise wasn't an issue. Great location everything necessary is close by.

I recently spent a week at this hotel during my vacation in London. This is a budget hotel but it is clean and comfortable (for the most part) and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It is close to the DLR, Elizabeth line and the Jubilee lines so very easy to get to from Heathrow airport. There is plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants that are easy to get to. The hotel does not offer laundry service but they did recommend a local pick up service Laundry Heap which I did use and was satisfied with their service. My only criticism's would be that the hotel does not provide wash cloths, only bath towels. Not sure why this seems to be a trend in some hotels. Secondly, it would be nice if they would provide a suitcase stand since they only provide hangers on the wall and some smaller shelves. And finally the fold up stool for the desk shelf they provide is very uncomfortable.Over all however for the price and location it is well worth it and I would stay there again.

Hi!Our holiday just ended a week ago.The last journey was in London for 5 days. We chose to stay in Point A hotel Canary Wharf. Was a nice stay. Clean and quiet big room, nice and very welcoming receptionist, Ms. Jennifer. We mistakenly booked "Accessible Room"; tried to change the booking but unfortunately they were fully booked. But it was OK, the room was still nice. Only the bathroom is made to be "wheelchair" friendly.Walking distance with a nice view of surroundings to Canary Wharf Underground, Elizabeth Line. The hotel doesn't have private parking but many paid parking spaces around. We used YourSpace parking. All good and nice.Definitely considering coming back here whenever we are in London.Cheers.
