It’s the shame of England ! Your are not welcome in the worth hotel of London. 2 Bathrooms with only cold water for 11 bedrooms. Booking system is not working, I spent 2 hours in the street before receiving the entry code. Windows broken in the stairs, water of second floor bathroom is running out on the roof of the first floor. Alarm is ringing continuously days and nights. No toilet paper. Please don’t come here 101 Warwick way, the hotel name is frequently changing. Like this advice if you have the same experience

DO NOT STAY HERE. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay. This place is a SCAM. I requested a late check out at 12pm which was approved by the manager. When we returned to our room at 11:50am, our door was wide open and there were construction workers working in our room with a sheet covering our belongings. The construction workers were told that they were authorized to come in, WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. Our room was on the first floor and anybody off the street could’ve gone in and stole all of our stuff. I called the manager and he stated that the check was at 10am and he did not authorize that. Previously, in the beginning of the conversation, I had him verify that he very well did give me a late check out and he agreed that he did and then took back what he said. I explained that I wanted a refund and he hung up the phone and refused to answer any of my follow up phone calls. I tried to call customer service and I cannot get through. On a side note, the hot water was broken and apparently the construction works stated it has been broken for a while. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

Worst experience ever! i was forced to book another hotel after 1.5 hours of trying to gain access to hotel and getting no response, then after getting a contact number from a OYO hotel across road and calling at least 7 times and having the phone called dropped exactly 3 min and 10 seconds every time. Then when they were finally contacted by expedia representative (only person able to get response) they refused to give any type of refund or anything. So i ended up paying for two hotels for one night and not even a apology. This hotel is a scam and should be reported to authorities for fraud. Funny this was, we were 1 or at least 3 guests on same day with same problem and was informed this is not a uncommon occurrence with this hotel. Should be ashamed. Wouldnt advise my worst enemy to book here.

The only good thing about this place is location. Room was not ready even though we arrived 2+ hrs after the check in time. We had to wait in the hall for the room to be cleaned. And then the room wasn’t vacuumed! No coffee maker as stated in the description. 2 flimsy towels provided for 2 guests. No bath rug, no hand towel, no shelf in the TINY bathroom to put any toiletries. WiFi was out for multiple days. Front door was broken into during our stay and stayed broken for the rest of the week (5 more days). No hot water! All of these issues reported as they occurred and NO RESPONSE from anyone!

I stayed at OYO Oban Victoria for 4 nights with my kids. It was a bit of a struggle to get the codes for the door, but it only took like 10 minutes.The service was GREAT. When we reported a problem they answered directly and came to fix the problem in no-time.The location is amazing!I would highly recommend this hotel. You get what you pay for, but I will absolutely go back.

Very bad experience. Waiting more than an hour to get a room(updated on Sept 29)To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the shower, which is completely unacceptable. I spent two hours trying to check in, as I made a dozen of phone calls to receive the access code by email. Additionally, I noticed water dripping from the ceiling and experienced unpleasant odors in the rooms during my stay.This is not a single case as I saw a couple was waiting outside for check-in for at least two hours.While I appreciate that the hotline was responsive, the staff often stated that the issues had been escalated without providing any real solutions.It is crucial for these issues to be addressed for the sake of future guests!

Unmarked building labeled "Limgrove Hotel" instead of an OYO. Website said 3pm check in but we were given the wrong code, we didn't get an email with the right code till 5pm so we had to wait in a park nearby with our luggage. Phone service didn't work anyways when we called. Paid extra for a room with a seperate bathroom but was given one without. Not even proper doors into the rooms, just a piece of plywood and a lock, no AC and you had to use the kettle to prop the window open. I didn't expect much when booking at this price but even a hostel would provide a better experience. Nice enough location but so many better options even across the street, we ended up just calling it a loss and staying somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible experience. We were meant to check in at 3pm and the code didn’t work. Two other groups trying to check in couldn’t get in either. Very rude and unhelpful when trying to contact customer service. Kept saying they would call me back in 20 min. FIVE HOURS LATER we got a new code. Then, there was NO HOT WATER in the room. DO NOT STAY HERE

Do not book here! Huge scam. We didn’t expect anything amazing for the price but this was awful. We were given the wrong access code and could not get through to anyone to help us. They gave it to us 2 hours later after we had walked across the street to stay at a different hotel. We went to check out our room the next day and it was gross.

Don't book here, I received a confirmation email, and once there, there was no reception, and we couldn't access the room. We called them, and they said our reservation didn't exist and that we were supposed to get a follow-up email that we never got. I told them to look for my name and they said they are a phone company outsourced by the hotel and do not handle personal information, only booking number reservations. I was never able to access the property and they are fighting the refund from me even though I never got the service.
