Wow. Very nice stay. Not cheap but service is well worth it. Staff are very well trained and room made up 3!times a day. Very nice meals. Good location. Room comfortable and nice bath. Not much of a gym. No big deal. Odd check in. 2 large round tables in lobby but works

Amazing amazing location and staff. Yosef Justine Milo and Rifat were so friendly and gave me some amazing recommendations. Room was great, tub was so relaxing and apples delicious. Good job will definitely be staying here in the future. Coffee was a great touch too.

My wife and I spent a week at the Franklin hotel in October 2024. We couldn’t be more pleased. The entire experience was first class Veresca the manager Milo and Yosef the concierge staff were absolutely wonderful. All of them bent over backwards to make us very as if we were home among friend. The same goes for the wait staff at breakfast. It was sad to leave. We couldn’t recommend this quaint hotel any higher. A first class experience while in a homelike setting. Bravo to all.

Great place! Staff are super friendly and very caring. The Hotel is always clean and you feel at home. Beautiful interior design without the over the top tacky modern look and I would definitely return.

I initially booked the single room but it was super tiny (even for Europe) and the AC didn’t work but the hotel management was very understanding and moved me to a different room that was much nicer which I really appreciated. The rooms themselves were functional, although the shower was so tiny I had difficulty maneuvering in it. Breakfast was good. Overall I had a good stay and was very happy with my treatment there.

Stayed in the Franklin for 5 days. The rooms are extremely dark ( the concierge told me it’s the design and it meant to be like this). The rooms are very small and I just didn’t like the decorations and colours of the room at all.Service was generally ok but not sincere enough. The funny thing was that I have been told that the breakfast was included in our room rate during check in but after double confirming with them, it was actually not included. There are many hotels which are better than The Franklin at this price.I am so sorry to say that there won’t be a return for me to stay here againLocation is excellent though!

Once again, the Franklin excelled. Thoughtful service, comfortable rooms, handled complexities with aplomb, lovely place for drinks, top flight kitchen. And a superior location. My go-to accomodation in London. Italian management, therefore stylish and thoughtful.

Stayed for two nights around Chelsea Flower show. Location good.Experience very poor.Room promised a garden view- but we couldn’t see a garden. Overall a tired room - in need of some pluming fixes.Service overall was average. Had to constantly ask for things, drinks etc. Breakfast was a 45minute wait and ultimately arrived too late to eat it.In fairness they didn’t charge for the drinks or breakfast.Feel a bit sorry for the lovely receptionist and some of the staff but they need to fix the rooms and get a new chef !
