5 stars for the location, service, cleanliness and how spacious the apartment was. The bed was very comfortable. bathroom was spotless clean and spacious. Strong hot showers daily. Huge gorgeous dining table and chairs. The staff are professional as well as super responsive and helpful. The lounge chairs and sofa are cheaper end furniture that could be updated as the fabric is a little scratchy. But overall a very modern design and has all the things you could need in an aparthotel!

Great place to stay for 6 nights in London. It was centrally located, making it very easy to get around by walking or public transportation. There were also a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Our 2-bedroom unit was comfortable for the whole family and it was nice to have access to a washing machine, oven/microwave, and large bathroom. The building is old and therefore some quirks are to be expected but the modern renovations are nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and allowed us to store our luggage both prior to check in and after check out.

Misleading Photos and Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the PriceNative Hyde Park in London was a huge letdown, especially given the price, which is comparable to far better stays we’ve had in the city. The pictures online are very misleading; the actual property is nowhere near as well-kept or modern as it appears. The entire place feels worn-out, with doors that are cracked and visibly old. The lift was outdated and rickety, adding to the overall rundown vibe. Worst of all, there was hair in the bathtub when we entered, which was completely unacceptable and showed a lack of cleanliness. The only positive aspect was the staff, who were friendly and tried to be helpful, but this didn’t make up for the disappointing state of the accommodations. We expected much better for the price.

Great location (near to Paddington railway station and tube, bus stop just a few minutes away) and nice neighbourhood. Good value for money. Friendly staff and comfortable bed, modern and spacious room with kitchen. Beautiful view to the park.

I have stayed at the Native Manchester and I think this raised my expectations of what it would be like. We were sadly disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again.Location wise it’s brilliant. Easy walking distance to Paddington and Hyde Park. There are car parks within 10 minute walk too if you need them.Every member of staff we met was lovely and professional. We stayed in room 501 which was the premium two bedroom apartment. The main complaint we have is that the cleanliness wasn’t great (glasses were dirty) and that while the bed and linens were of high quality the apartment just looked very sad and worn. All the skirting boards are scuffed and dirty, the light grey walls have stains on them. Every floorboard creeks noisily. And while there were black out blinds as there were no curtains there was a lot of light from early in the morning. As a place to sleep? Great! But if you’re expecting something special / something a little bit special then you will be disappointed. There’s nothing wrong with it - just for the price and compared to other Natives I think it’s a bit of a let down.

I had a decent stay with you. Your reception and managerial team is very helpful. I would like to give special mention to Mohit, Ollesandra and Redouan. They deserve 5 stars. ||However, the housekeeping team needs to be spruced up. …

This was our first stay at the Native Hyde Park and we loved it. It exceeded all of our expectations! The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The location is great – on a quiet, leafy square with church bells ringing nearby, and an easy walk from Paddington Station. Many good, affordable restaurants nearby, and Hyde Park only a block or two away for relaxing walks. Having a full kitchen was a nice luxury. Every member of the staff we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. We'll be back.
