What a fantastic hotel. I can’t say enough good things about The Prince Akatobi. We had a deluxe room which was perfect for a couple. …

I’d say it is a good 4* hotel, not a 5 star though. Rooms are clean, but not as nice as in the pictures. Bathroom is clean, but lacking a luxury feeling; water splashing out of the shower unto the floor, mold in the sink, toilet flush hard to push… staff was very nice and welcoming, but upon learning that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, they did - nothing. I didn’t expect much, even just a note would have been appreciated. Overall, good hotel, excellent location, but not 5 stars and for that definitely too expensive.

Positives were that it was quiet, a quiet hotel in a quiet safe location. The reception were friendly and responsive. The rooms were tiny, beds too and the corridors were narrow. It was clean. Pricey but smooth check in and check out. There was no doorman in my week long stay except for once. We pushed our own bags in the hotel during check in.

I loved my stay at the hotel. The room was neatly decorated, bathroom was filled with all amenities, bed was comfortable. The hotel is located on a quiet street which is a plus for me and close to other locations a the same time. One small thing to work on is the shower, unfortunately, water would be all over the place when showering.Special thanks to Adrian for his warmth and dedication to his job.

My wife and I have stayed here a number of times now, and I can honestly say, it’s by far our favourite hotel in London. ||Ray, Kasia and the team can never do enough to make our stay fantastic. ||From the moment we arrive to our check out, the hotel knows exactly how to make your stay special. ||Our home away from home whilst in London.

This is not a 4.6 rating hotel, but the location is. For what it is, didn’t feel a price north of £450 is justified for this hotel. Arrived to the room to find nothing - no welcome message or a single water bottle. Rooms are generally on small side, and then to add insult to injury when I asked for late checkout of 1.30pm they said that would be another £100, a concept I have not seen anywhere globally for a 1.30pm checkout. Plenty other options in the area better than this one…
