Hideous and disgusting! The rooms are tiny - photos aren't trustworthy. The apartment is covered by mould and rust. The shower is broken and set up only on HOT water. No windows and poor room security! I arrived at 9 am and a previous guest has left the appartment at 9.30am. I asked for an early check in as I explained I was traveling for 30 hours and was extremely tired. I managed to check in only at 2.30 pm as there was a problem with a cleaner. A family with two young kids was in the same situation - poor customer service and prioritizing. The worst experience I have ever had.

I stayed here for a few nights in February. I have to say it's one of the worst places I've had the "pleasure" of staying in recently. The communal areas are rather dingy and there were around 60 steps up to my room - no lift available. …

It's ok. The price is super convenient and the location is simply perfect but there are some small details they could arrange to make it a more pleasant experience, with no impact in the pricing: we booked and apartment for 5 but there were only 3 towels and no bath mat; the shower holder was broken so the shower was loose (we fixed it ourselves simply with a piece of thread); the bed for the kid was not assembled so we also had to do it ourselves; the apartment looks good, but the humidity spots on the walls and ceilings and the dust on the curtains could be taken care also quite easily and inexpensively. If these details would be arranged the place would be marvelous, especially for a big number of travellers that wish to stay all together in the same place.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Great location with lots of restaurant and pubs around. Not recommended in warm/hot summers and be prepared for a good workout as you will need to climb stairs with your luggage. Our apartment was on the 4th floor, it was clean, functional but a little outdated and far too warm for summer. We had to open the window but not a very pleasant sight since pigeons hang out there quite often. Even with the fan blowing at maximum speed it was still at least 2 degree Celsius warmer than the temperature outdoors.

We had a superior room but could not work out what was supposed to be superior about it. We have stayed here before and stayed this time because of its proximity to the tube stations but there was nothing you would class as superior in this room to the last room that we stayed in. There looks to be a leaking shower in the room above as there was aged staining on the ceiling and on our last night we saw definite signs of water leaking down the wall - not a lot but does need sorting. I did hear some dripping and there were visible drip trails on the cupboard door above the cooker hot plates. From the age of the strain on the ceiling I would guess that this issue will have been reported before but hasn't been sorted yet. The extractor fan above the cooker hot plates is too low and dangerous - I'm 5' 7" and had a couple of near misses, my 5' 10" husband managed to bang his head twice. It is two years since our last stay at this location but we noticed the carpet on the stair tread was still loose near one of the top steps up to the second floor, the rails on the stairs were loose in places, fire extinguishers still hold doors open, the windows and net curtains still need a wash. On the plus, the water in the shower stayed at a constant temperature throughout the shower whereas before it went from hot to cold to hot to cold - perhaps that is the superior element of the room? When we checked out this morning the reception clerk never asked if we had enjoyed our stay - was he too worried about the answer? Basically, it is what it is - economy - but a couple of basic improvements (some from a health and safety perspective) wouldn't go amiss.

The only thing good was the location. The room had really thin walls, we could even ear the next door room’s microwave ding. …

Pros: paid only £40 for the night which was good for the location of the hotel, great location - plenty of restaurants, shops and things to do, facilities were okay for the price. …

Dont be stupid by pictures in the AD it is not real.Low apartment services quality .no leftno paper toilettoo much drunk people outsidereception far away from flatMy story is I booked this apartment, which looked lovely, clean and spacious from the pictures on the website away at 'lovely' apartment. HOWEVER, it was the complete opposite. I will start by saying the only 2 good things about it is the location; being a 2 min walk from waterbays was ideal for us. Also the check in was fast and easy with no faffing about. There are a number of things I am not happy about with this apartment:1) The iron supplied was broken and had water leaking from it, which is both a massive hazard and also annoying as when I went to iron by boyfriend's shirt and water leaked out all over it and soaked it. Meaning we left to go to our dinner reservations with him looking like he had been in a water fight.2) Small things were broken around the apartment such as the light underneath the cooker was dangling off and the remote control for the TV was broken, you couldn't change the channels properly.3) IT WAS FILTHY! The apartment looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum or duster for a very long time. I thought the bed sheets might have been clean however they couldn't have been as we both woke up with massive BITES on our body (I'm guessing due to BED BUGS?) my reaction to the bites have been awful as I have had to take time off work due to it giving me a lot of pain, swelling and sickness (also needed medicine from my GP). There was dust all over the apartment, and was generally dirty.4) It is mentioned that there was a coffee maker, which there wasn't. In photos it was also shown that we would have a bed side lamp, which we didn't have.5) Check out is at 11am which is an ideal time, however it was annoying when cleaners are trying to walk into our apartment TWICE at 9am and 9.30am we both weren't even fully clothed.6) We have to sign our own reservation sheet and leave it where it was which was fine, if I carried a pen everywhere I went, which I don't. So I had to use my eyeliner pencil to fill in the form which ruined that. At least supply a pen to sign the reservation form!7) Our room was up near to the top floor which is a pain when you have to carry all your luggage up those flights of stairs. I personally think there should be a lift installed in the building.8) FINALLY, I have e-mailed them about queries when I booked it a month before I went and had no reply. The correspondence between the apartments and yourself is awful, you just get ignored.Definitely would not recommend staying here to anyone. The main reason being the painful BITES I woke up with in the morning! Absolutely disgusting!I don't recommend any body there are many flat better more value of money and location in London.

I stayed here for 5 days in Jan 20. Basic, clean, quiet and functional. Was warm. Good and safe area. Had microwave, oven/hob, fridge, a safe, iron and ironboard. Only problem I had was that hot water for shower was so hot and couldn't adjust temperature. But maybe that was just happening in my apartment? I would stay here again. Good for short stay, just dont expect 4 star! Good value for money for london.
