please can I suggest that you add slip mats in the baths. I am in my mid 60's and slipped getting out of the bath, this ended with a trip by ambulance to Exeter, a broken arm and bad bruising. …

nice pillows and beds all that was missing was somewhere to put your cup after that last drink at night, Travelodge used to have bedside cabinets them but sadly no more, so we had to use the chairs. …

The room was not serviced daily when I left the top-up sign on the door. It didn't happen. Was not able to get the laptop on the WiFi, which after 30 minutes yo have to pay for. The bin was not emptied, so it was overflowing. No hot food on this site and breakfast box for £5.50 really is not good. On my last morning getting my breakfast box, I was told they have run out this is pre paid for. I was refunded for that morning. But I was hungry. I would not recommend this hotel unless you just want to put your head down and sleep and get up and go the next morning.

Difficult to find once off the A30 - poor signposting (in the dark - hopefully better in daylight!). I nearly ended up back on the A30 and only found the place as I stopped at a petrol station to ask. Bit disconcerting for a lone female traveller.

Small, no lounge or bar, but a Greggs and BK very near, along with a Shell garage.Standard TL rooms, staff friendly.Disappointing that the room was not restocked, wasn't cleaned, beds not remade during a 2 night stay.
