Overall I had a nice stay here. It’s modern and consistent with other Leonardo hotels. Room was good and service overall was friendly. Best bit of the stay was breakfast as always well stocked and staff were super friendly. Car park is a short walk but that was fine. Food service in evening was a bit slow but the staff seemed to be keeping everyone informed of this. Overall I would happily stay again but as with every Leonardo I have to bring my own pillow as every time the room has 4 hard ones and shower curtains instead of glass make it feel a little dated, but otherwise is fine for a night or two.

The room was good and quiet. The room had a safe and a small closet but lacked a luggage rack. There was a light on both sides of bed. We liked that the room had easily accessible outlets. …

Lovely staff, great atmosphere too. Rooms were very adequate and spotlessly clean. 10 minutes stroll to the shopping centre. Would definitely stay again. Buffet type breakfast at extra cost but SIL told me it was lovely and worth it.

Unwelcoming front of house. Disappointed that there wasn't so much as a smile from the woman that checked me in. Felt like a complete inconvenience.Dirty pillow cases, crumbs left on bedside table.Bathrooms are incredibly dated.Walls are very thin, could hear the next rooms non stop talking until past midnight.Underwhelming stay, considering how much I've enjoyed staying in Leonardo hotel's in the past. Perhaps the management could visit the Bristol hotel to learn some tips!Wi-Fi is good.

Very happy with my stay here. Lovely room in a superb, relatively central location, reasonably priced. Great customer service, particularly at Reception. The convenient on-site restaurant was very good too. Would definitely recommend.

If it weren’t for the staff, I would probably lower my rating. The workers at this hotel were very kind and helpful. The room, even by European standards, seemed small, plus the bathroom was tiny. Again, not sure if it’s just a UK thing, but it seemed overly small. Beds were very hard and pillows were very flat. AC/air kept turning off on its own.Lobby restaurant food was just ok. Staff was friendly, though!Decently close to cathedral and the shops.

The hotel location is excellent. The rooms are very pokey and out dated. But its staff were helpful and tried hard to please.|A big call out to Karen who was friendly and a blast. She went out of her way to ensure we were looked after. …
