We arrived early on the Saturday a good few hours before we were due to check in normally I would have expected to pay extra to book in so early or be told to come back at check in time but we had none of this we were welcomed like we were …

Booked as part of a birthday weekend at the end of November, we were greeted with a warm welcome which set the tone for the rest of our stay. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and breakfast was superb. Service was attentive without being over the top. The next time we go to Stratford, we'll be looking nowhere else.

I booked a large double room for my husband and I as a stop over on the way home from travelling and was put in one with a garden view. It was very clean and satisfactory and had plenty of room.  …

Helena the owner is a beautiful lady who is always smiling.. Clean lovely rooms.. Quiet.. Close to town.. And a lovely pub with plenty of outdoor seating and child friendly, literally on the doorstep. I am a long term guest and would recommend to anyone.. Never had a breakfast but that's my own choice so can't comment on the food

Clean and lady host very amenable. Stayed in room 3 but suggest they get a softer mattress as both my partner and myself had hip and back pains from 2nd night onwards. Breakfast lovely. 3 minute walk to Tramway Inn for good pub meal and Sunday roast till 9pm if don't fancy walking the 15 minute stroll to the centre. Guest house generally good VFM.

This guest house is so cosy and welcoming Helene the owner is bright and cheerful and nothing is to much trouble. The breakfast be it the continental or full English is fresh and tasty. I did not want to leave and would tell family and friends about it.

We've stayed in a few BnBs and this is the best by far. It's a bit further out of Stratford but has lots of parking. The internet is the best by far I've experienced in a BnB and the full English we had in the morning was amazing. Would recommend these over any in the town centre.
