Attended with work and some suppliers. The golf course was good and but for the course I'd have scored the visit 1. …

Stayed here for one night for a business meeting. The grounds and gold course are really stunning.|The hotel is old and a former Marriott. Therefore, beds are heavenly and rooms look like the typical Marriott rooms. …

Excellent hotel for us in the Birmingham/Coventry area. Postcode is CV7We attended a wedding reception in a large marquee laid out to the rear of the hotel so the staff for this event were excellent and nice. Good link to the main hotel. The rooms were excellent, well presented well stopped with toiletries, etcBar staff and certain gents behind the bar were very rude, but mostly the staff were pleasant and very helpful. It’s a shame I have to give it. Stars had it not been for some of the rude staff it would’ve been five star.Breakfast in the morning had a lot of variety but to get an omelette had to wait15 minutes. Some of the drinks behind the bar in the hotel or expensive but only to be expected. Jager bomb £9.Apparently, this is part of the Marriott resorts and has various golf courses and a golf Academy attached.Definitely will be using this again, even if I’m going to Birmingham and I can make a weekend of it I will use the Arden hotel.

Pretty much fantastic in every aspect except the bedding! Duvet is like a oversized bed sheet and the pillows are bag full of tissue paper. We had 5 rooms in total, all had the same issue. Caused a very difficult nights sleep. Also, the shower isn't very good compared to other similar hotels/price bracket that I've stayed in.

Slightly dated rooms, a fridge is available on request. Service from the staff and spa were good, you could tell they were busy. Spa is lovely great massage and we were shown around. They could do with more loungers round the pool. The only thing I would add is the package was not as advertised. It was purchased with the inclusion of a 3 course meal and we were given a buffet instead. Food was ok but it was disappointing as it wasn't what we booked. Breakfast was great.

Easy access of the motorway. The place felt exclusive with the guards on the entrance and long driveway. The room was a nice and clean, a good size. The bathroom was a little dated, shower could have been higher, I’m 5ft 8 and it was too low and not adjustable.Bed was sooo big and comfy but pillows weren’t to my liking.Service in the bar was quite slow and the burgers were pretty average for the price.Breakfast was chaotic, they didn’t know who had paid and who hadn’t. The manager came to our table 5 times clarifying who was paying and when. Why don’t they check as you enter the breakfast room like every other hotel.

Lovely and clean rooms, although a little dated in places. Buffet style breakfast had lots of choice and would be fine for most but hot vegan options limited to toast, beans and tomatoes
