Stayed in the accessible room, big enough to get a wheelchair in, bathroom fine but has a bath not wet room, I knew this beforehand as it was only for one night's stay. The soap dispenser above the sink is too high for wheelchair user. …

Took 33 people with Grand UK as a Tour Manager. We were there Monday. To Friday as our base. Rooms clean and comfortable. Food excellent. Staff Chrissy Simon and the team looked after us well. Just needs outside seating. Everyone enjoyed the stay. Has a small Gym. But could do with a swimming pool

I really enjoyed my week-long stay here, the rooms were nice and big. The bed was alright. Nice and quiet out the back with a view over a field. TV, WiFi all good. Breakfast was a good selection too, and the staff were friendly and helpful, a great stay here..

Stayed here last night it was ok. The room was very dated and had tape keeping the lampshade together. It also had odd damp patches on the carpet. Reception was friendly enough, and bar prices were a bit steep for the hotel. …

Great hotel for Travellers. I had a lovely large bedroom with 2 king-size beds, on my stay but I did upgrade on booking invite. Evening meal was limited in choice but good portions of food.

After reading negative reviews on here about the Citrus Hotel, I thought it only fair to say how good a dtay we had. Very polite welcoming staff, great spacious twin room and lovely breakfast, where nothing was too much trouble. Dated.. ..a little but very clean.

After our recent stay at citrus Coventry, I thought I'd give you some feedback. The room that we stayed in was large but that was the only good thing about it. The bed was so hard that the floor would have been more comfortable. I guessing that it was an old mattress and the springs had gone as no useable one would be that hard. Neither of us had much sleep. The carpet looked as if it had recently been cleaned but obviously only in the places that (I'm guessing) had been vomited on. There was also a smell in the room that wasn't actually very nice. The breakfast was the only thing that was any good. There wasn't even anyone around to complain to before we left.
