Great value for budget, cozy.I stayed here in early April 2023. We planned a group trip of 7 uni students through Scotland, and Ossian's had everything we needed. Since there was no hostel in town, we booked a 3-bed and a 4-bed room. It was off-season the place was almost empty. Ossian's has friendly staff, a great location (able to walk to train station and shopping nearby), cozy rooms, coffee and tea, and it fit our budget. We couldn't have asked for better. While it is a bit dated, the hotel was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The man at reception was incredibly hospitable, and he helped us plan our hike. He's a great storyteller too!Overall, I would recommend this hotel for budget/medium budget travelers, and I would gladly return!

We arrived at the back entrance and used the lift to enter the hotel. It’s a bit dated ( a carpeted lift) but efforts have been made to rejuvenate it. It’s homely and relatively clean. Our room was a twin with kitchen facilities. …

Great value for a budget hotel in the middle of town. £150 cheaper than all others in the area. Clean comfortable beds and overlooking the Loch which anywhere else you would pay a premium for that view.  …

One of the cheapest hotels in town, nice central location, clean rooms with en-suite bathrooms. Beds were very comfy and there are USB's in the wall, which helps with charging. There was even a fridge, microwave and sink in the rooms. They don't do breakfast, but there's free tea/coffee and cereal, plus you can bring your own breakfast into the common area and eat it there. Parking was a bit of an issue, but there's a paid short stay car park down the road. Recommend for budget travellers.

Good budget hotel for a one night stay. My husband and I had a good night’s sleep in a clean room with good wifi, hot showers and plenty of space for the two of us to move around.no frills but coffee, tea and cereal are available in the spacious lounge area.Great value!

This hotel clearly states no thrills, so you don't expect much with the price. The man on reception was so helpful and friendly! The rooms are clean, view is amazing. Mattresses are so comfy, plenty of tea and coffee. Shower is lovely after our horrendous walk down the ben nevis. Fantastic location, and well impressed with this hotel!

Too expensive for what you get (£118 a night). The rooms are in dire need of renovations. It's mostly IKEA furniture, which is fine, but the window was cracked and barely closed. The bathroom is a wet room with a very flimsy door (no privacy) and the wood is staring to rot.On the other hand the location is great.

I had room 204 (double room) it was feshly redecorated and had a scenic view while lying in the bed, watching sun goes down. It's reasonable priced, cerial coffee tea for breakfast. Facililities in the room, hair dryer on request, polite staff. I didn't need anything else, the bed was comfy too. Thank you for your hospitality.
