No physical contact with any staff during our visit.Room very basic, clean and comfortable, but not keen on small toilet and separate shower cubicle in the room.As we are both disabled we were put upstairs, two flights of stairs, not ideal.Would have preferred a cooked breakfast, but serve yourself with cereal, toast and not a lot more.Saving grace is the price was reasonable, but definitely reflected in the service.

Cold, damp, unwelcoming. This “Guest house” feels like squatting in someone else’s house. There is no one there, entry is by keypad, our room was freezing cold and not enhanced by a noisy sink right next to the bed. …

Had to book at the very last minute, owner was excellent and professional I paid online and the owner done the rest, forwarded on all details and codes, my room was very clean comfortable and warm very cosy.Excellent location close to everything in Dyce, brilliantly priced for the location and would recommend a stay.Kitchen in house for everyone to cook your own meals, tea/toast etc, I booked a room with its own en suite but there is a bathroom shared with some rooms.Overall I had a good night's sleep on a very comfy bed.

Good location, cleaned room, easy access to the rail station and supermarkets. The only bad point is that during winter time, the heater doesn't work all day and night (just few hours early morning and evening).
