Good price, easy access and parking. Room was well-designed, clean and fresh. Bed was very comfortable, everything worked well. All we need from a hotel. I don't need to pay £100 a night more for someone else's (usually questionable) choice in interior design.

We were welcomed by friendly staff. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. Well priced for a two night stay and the hotel is ideal for a short visit to Inverness. Centrally placed and good value if you book in advance. Restaurant available nearby for breakfast.

We had a warm friendly welcome at reception by Anna. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional with a great smile. ||Our room had been prepared by Dawn to a high standard. I should know, having been a hotelier. …

Not bad especially considering the value for money. Rooms v modern and clean and well looked after.Staff were friendly and professional. The entire building is uplit, day and night. This is really not great, especially since we were in a room directly above a light, which bled light into the room around the curtains. These lights are also very bad for the environment, the urban biodiversity etc, not to mentioned the cost and CO2 emissions related to it. Please turn them off. There were cars in the car park playing loud music, revving engines etc until well after midnight. These issues outweighed rhe low cost of the hotel unfortunately.

Great customer service at check in, as with every other time I've stayed here. Room spotless, as usual, (cleaned by Sharon) and bed/pillows really comfy. It's a perfect location for my visit, and is really quiet at night. Checkout is not until 12, which means no rushing to get up & out!

Basic room but clean and serviceable. Very comfortable cosy spacious bed. Staff very helpful and friendly . Nearby restaurant serves good breakfast and meals anytime with good selection. Very quiet and peaceful situation. Not that far from city centre.

We had one night here as a family and no issues at all, staff were friendly, room was spotless and had all the amenities. Location just outside main town centre. Having stayed in other budget hotels in cities this is lush in comparison so great job!

One of the cleaner travel lodge rooms I've come across. Locations is great as it's the beginning and ending of NC500. Plenty of parking and in terms of breakfast I'd recommend going to the asda cafe literally around the corner. Better value of money and over all better food. Staff at travel lodge are very friendly and cheerful even at 12 midnight as that when we got there. Price was wasn't too as i booked on the way there and between 4 people worked out alright but I would recommend booking in advance. I'd say its a safe location as there are 2 sets of door key card operated before anyone could get access to the rooms of the hotel.

The rooms are excellent, and there's a decent car park. The breakfast is a takeaway box. It's outside of the city centre but a brief taxi should get you there in minutes. Recommended. S

We picked this hotel for the size of the car park and where it was situated but unfortunately our vintage classic car got damaged on its trailer in the car park. Cctv wasn't helpful although they have it. A lot of traffic coming/going in the night so be very careful where you park. We had to cut short our stay as we were so disappointed with this incident happening it actually spoilt what began as a lovely weekend for a car show. Can't fault staff who were very helpful and lovely, rooms very clean and spacious. We ate in Fairways Restaurant both nights and had our breakfasts there as well..excellent.
