Really good food here. We went for dinner on a Sunday evening and the food was really tasty. Great traditional Scottish cuisine in a warm, welcoming, traditional Scottish hotel. Just what we expected to find and were not disappointed. …

We have just finished a wonderful road trip of Scotland, and Arran was a highlight. The Corrie Hotel was one of the best hotels we stayed in overall. …

Very friendly reception and shown directly to our room - Holy Isle - which had a dual aspect across to the mainland. Large double bed, decent size wardrobe, a couple of small bedside tables each with lamp. …

We didn't stay but we did eat here for Sunday lunch. The food was exemplary and excellently presented. Staff were friendly and attentive but overrun and couldn't cope with the volume. One more team member and it would be a straight five ! Recommend the Sunday lunch.

We stayed for 2 nights at the corrie hotel and enjoyed our stay immensely. The staff made us feel at home and were attentive and kind. The location can't be beat, an easy drive from the Brodick ferry. We had great meals for dinner and the dessert was something to write home about! The bed was comfortable and the view incredible out onto the sea. We would definitely stay here again.

Very charming, authentic Scottish inn by the sea with great food and drinks and pet friendly rooms. Reasonably priced and warm hospitality. We loved that it was isolated enough that it was quiet and cozy but only 15 minutes to the main town of Brodick. It was also only 15 minutes to the Arran Distillery Lochranza.

One of the greatest hotels I know! The food is great! The service is wonderful! You feel right at home! Dogs are more than welcome! They even have a dog menue with high quality dog food. And the location is just beautiful right at the sea. The perfect place to be!

Yes, our expectations have been high. But why shouldn’t they? Rooms are nice with a beautiful seaview. Our bed wasn’t that clean with hairs from other people on the linen. The whole hotel is beautifully designed & decorated, except the breakfast-room. The entire staff at our stay was quite young, hectic and (just guessing) without professional background in hospitality. There was a supervisor or someone who has an eye for everything missing. Food was good.Changed to four stars as I’m sure the owner sees the potential and is aware of the little things we mentioned to be better.

After all the reviews I had seen prior to booking this hotel - I was disappointed, we stayed at the Douglas hotel the previous night, so had a good point of comparison. Price per night was the same. …
