10 of us went there for my wife's birthday. The staff could not have been any more helpful. The food was served hot and very tasty. The drinks were served within a few minutes of ordering. WE will be going back and would seriously recommend this place for a meal or a group.

Stayed overnight as attending a party in kilmarnock the hotel was lovely as were the staff, rooms were clean and beds very comfy. There is also a large beer garden which has a play area for children. We odered dinner which found very disappointing i ordered fish, chips and peas my fish was literally swimming in grease which soaked through to my chips, my partner had steak pie, potatoes and veg the potatoes were very overcooked so we decided not to stay for breakfast.Unfortunately i never had my phone so couldnt add photos

First and last time trying this place for food, kids chicken nuggets and chips saturated in oil, so bad you could ring it out on to the plate.Spicy chicken nachos, about 4 little cubes of chicken at most and 90% of the plate was just dry loose crisps. 2 pints of Draft Coke were completely flat.Waited for desserts which didn't arrive, went in and asked bar staff about it, they said they would chase it up, another 30 mins past and we just decided to patch it, parking was due up and we didn't really feel like having to ask again about it.Spent the best part of £40 and paid upfront too, not a great first impression.

Bedrooms left a lot to be desired. However, the beds were comfy. The shower 🚿 head was broken. You have to walk through the pub to get to the room. The restaurant was actually really good. I'd go back for food. The people were really nice. It did have the faulty towers feel. Wasn't that cheap at £80. With no breakfast.
