Gotta hand it to the Leonardo website developer, branding consultant, and whoever they hired to take the photos for the website--they really make the hotel look like a modern luxury spot! …

Overall, my stay was pleasant, but a few minor issues detracted from the experience:1. The rooms were nice and clean, but there was no toilet brush. Neither were there any hooks to hang towels. There was a towel rail, but that wasn't sufficient for three people.Unfortunately, I often find that hotel rooms prioritize aesthetics over practicality.2. In the evenings, the staff at the bar were overwhelmed at times. Despite being very busy, they remained perfectly nice and helpful throughout.A major positive is the nature reserve just across the street, which is perfect for a nice run.

The staff here are tip top. Very kind warm and charming. I hope the front desk woman gets her piggy banks full. The sauna and spa are fantastic. Rooms are large and clean. Great location. Access to public bus transport via bus 26. Bar has decent drinks and food options. Not over priced. The snacks and drinks at the front desk were decent prices as well. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is absolutely fantastic. We traveled up to Edinburgh for a short break during July. Although we were later booking in than anticipated due to a train problem, nothing was too much trouble.  …

This was a nice hotel in a nice area of town. We walked around and did some shopping and enjoyed our time there. We stopped at the bar to grab a bite to eat and the bar tender was super nice, and the food was good too.

Rooms were hot, no air conditioning, they just had a small portable fan which was not enough. The big bed was actually joined by two single beds which was uncomfortable. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. During our stay they tested their fire alarms without informing the guests which was very inconvenient. Room service was also very pathetic. They did not refresh the room until 3 pm. Overall we had a very bad experience of staying with them especially with the value of money we paid.

Surprisingly good experience. Stayed here for two nights as I couldn't stay in the City Centre due to the extortionate hotel prices due to the Edinburgh Festival. The Hotel is on Costorphine Hill.  …

The hotel was fantastic the room we had was a superior, the room had an amazing view. the location of the hotel it’s self is about 4 miles away from Edinburgh city. The staff were very polite and helpful, the food was great and well priced. The only thing that lets the hotel down was the changing rooms for the pool most of the showers were not working and it just looked like it needed touching up. Overall we had a great stay and would use the hotel chain again
