Andrew is the worse manager when arrived could not get into premises left out in pouring rain. As a family we all tried ringing him for about hr. He never answered by the time we decided to give up and try other hotels they were full. We travelled back him 2hrs arrived home with anger and upset. Next day he took no responsibility and said don't book on the same day you want to book in. Never had problems doing this before.

Stayed here last night 26/11/22 great communication from owner. The guest house is immaculate & we were very comfortable in our stay . We know exactly where we were going due to my nephew & his family living in the same street . We booked 2 rooms for 2 adults & 2 children . Great having the fridge & microwave & kettle in the room as one of my grandkids has type 1 diabetes so we knew we needed snacks in the room . Cant fault our stay in any way & would definitely book again in the future

All rooms and suites are being refurbished to very high standard. We received excellent service from host Andy ... if you are looking for comfortable and true value in central location ... then this is definitely the place for you. A wee hidden gem !!!!

We booked this, very last minute, at 9pm on Friday night, after we had to leave Grange View guest house in Ayr, due the the owner being extremely rude and patronising! …

We arrived late at night due to a long drive, but this was not a problem with the staff, they accommodated this, on arrival there was a welcome package which was not expected, this was fantastic to receive, and was just what we needed to help relax after the long drive from Sheffield. The apartment was immaculately clean and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was in perfect working order. We would be more than happy to stay again and this will be the first place we try to book when returning to Irvine.

Partner and self stayed one night. Never been here before but not disappointed. Room large, airy and spotlessly clean. Beds comfy and warm. Shower and toilet basic but very clean. It was Saturday night but very quiet in the street. …

Lovely room well decorated , warm and comfortable. Only request would be for a mirror in the bedroom for when I was using the hairdryer. Excellent value. Will be back when we pick up our damaged sail from Troon
